Terrible worst Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel. It is poorly managed, and the facilities are in terrible condition. The place looks cheap and unhygienic. As soon as I entered the washroom, I found cigarette pieces everywhere. When I asked the staff to clean it, they were incredibly rude. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and to make things worse, the AC wasn't working. I was traveling with my 1-year-old baby, and it was a nightmare. The bedsheet was stinking, and when I requested a change, the helper refused and told me to speak to the manager instead of resolving the issue. To top it all off, someone knocked on my door at 1 AM, making the stay even more unsettling. It was a horrible night, and I regret booking this place. Never stay here - it's not worth it!

Arrived from airport and was left 20 mins in hot reception unable to check in. Staff was on phone and neither helped me with heavy bags despite my struggling to get them through door (I have a cast on my arm) nor even greeted me. When I raised complaint about wait he smirked and made jokes on phone to manager who was too busy having dinner to check me in and didn't leave anyone competent to do this. Cancelled booking. Lobby was a bit smelly, shabby so don't feel I missed out. Rude and poor service. Doesn't feel like a 3* hotel.

Denied service even though I had booked the room before hand, told me there are no rooms available, don't know whether to blame oyo or the hotel

Not a great place to stay. Cub board has damage. Water was leaking in bathroom taps. Not cleaned properly

Worst experience, rooms are very old state and bad smell. Not even one room with a/c in working condition. Towels were also not provided.

Never ever recommend this place to anyone. They want bookings via Oyo but tariff will be charged as per their wish. Those who are looking to book, don't book via online. This experience has made me to uninstall Oyo.
