Good points - Relatively Clean and good location.|Bad point - I arrived on check in day at 03:00 and left 11::00 same day. I had prepaid online and was aware that I would have to pay for early check in however I was socked to be charged 2000 rupees when there was a sign in the reception showing the tariff for early check in as 750 rupees plus 12% GST now my maths is not that great but that does not equal 2000 rupees as I had just come of a 16 hours flight I paid ad went to bed but trying to resolve the matter in the morning was futile. As a frequent visitor to Chennai I would not recommend this hotel and neither would I use the again.

I don't know what the negative reviews are about. I guess people are having very high expectations from places that already offer you convenience for the somewhat high fare they charge. This place is actually connected to the airport by a walkway and is inside the metro station building. With a bunch of cafes, restaurants, a classy bar right outside the hotel and a huge mall and PVR theatre (cheaper than other metro cities) next to the hotel building, what else do you want when you are transiting? Just enjoy the Starbucks, watch a movie, have good food, some drinks and sleep in your single bed AC room for Rs. 2000. Just calculate this way - you save on exorbitant Auto Rickshaw fares to come to the airport.

Great place to lay over at Chennai Airport, not for fuzzy residents, no toilet paper, double check window security before you sleep! Avoid suite room 131 as it located next to exit door.

The hotel is very convenient if you have an early morning flight.|One night is fine.|Shopping mall and airport all within walking distance.|Cleanliness can be a hit and miss |I stayed for only a few hours at the start of my holiday, and one night at the end .They will charge a full day for even a few hours.|One guy on reception has to be the most grumpy I've ever come across, very unfriendly indeed,|While another staff member I dealt with at end of my holiday was fine. |Overall it's ok for a very short time|I would use again if needed only because of walking distance to airport terminal

Bad experience...people here are very rude and poor in responding. Don't get tricked by its location i.e,. near to the airport to plunge into a nightmare before leaving chennai. More importantly No room service is available here. Customers are asked to manage with whatever inconveniences they have. Better book somewhere else. WORSTTTTT

Gr8 transit accomodation in Metro station at Chennai. Though, finding location in early morning 1.00 am was really tough,as metro station was closed. But Dinesh (shift manager) was a gr8 help in finding us, and taking care of us. Clean room

This is good place for a quick visit to Chennai, located just outside the Chennai airport. I had to experience a lot of chaos and confusion to search for this place so adding a review to help fellow travelers. Take the buggy outside airport and reach the metro station. The hotel is located inside metro station main entrance. That will save a lot of time. Decent rooms and good service.

Good for people who are looking for a room during transit or a few hours stay before catching a flight. The rooms are decent and service is also good.
