Collection O 80699 Laf Stays

I am giving 2/5 stars because the room is not worth for the money you pay. Fans are not in good condition, I couldn't feel the air. AC remote was not working.. you either keep it ON or OFF. Rest room flush is so bad.. Bathroom water not getting drained ! TV not working. No curtains for Windows ! Payment mode should be flexible these days. you shouldn't make guests roaming the city to withdraw cash.! It was my first booking with OYO and it's bad.

I stayed here for two days Booking ID : N6SU5505 Booking ID : X7M43777 The worst hotel there is no 0 star in google maps if it exists I'll definitely give 0 stars to this hotel. I went to the hotel early at 6.00 AM but my check in time is 12.00 PM After entering the hotel I can't find anybody there no one is there in the hotel, in the door a number was sticked you can check that photo in my review I called him he was not responding properly I requested for early check in but he said rooms Not available but actually rooms are available and I was ready to pay early check in charges but he is not giving the room and then I contacted OYO SUPPORT they called the property manager after that also the receptionist not giving me a room and I requested more then he gave a dirty room then we kept our things inside and went out. After reaching the hotel by 11.00AM they gave me my room 11.30AM. But the room doesn't have a room key if I asked about it receptionist was said key was lost sir then I asked how can I go out he said just simply close the door no one will enter we will take care. See how funny is this. In the Room TV and DTH was not working AC is working but NO Cooling and Switch boards are broken. Bathroom and Washroom are so dirty pipes are rusted and best part is there is no water 95% of times. Drinking water will be available sometime only. There is no towel,Bathroom Mat. There is house keeping but not cleaning properly. This hotel property is only suits for Couple Friendly. I request Families not to choose this hotel for Staying. I had complained all about this to OYO SUPPORT but the can't able to solve my issue. OYO SUPPORT said property manager will come to the hotel and solve all your problems but untill my checkout no one came to me and gave me a solution.

Worst hotel ever in my journey with oyo, I have stayed in Oyos more than 100 times during my travel, this hotel was the worst experience, no towels even after asking severals times , no wifi, no tv , no proper ac, no room keys , no mat , no soaps, nasty toilet and not even sanatized . Never book your room here , @Oyo team, if you guys are really borthered about your customers , please take action on the management.

Worst hotel in the locality, having name changed as Jayem residency, placed just above the Faruuzi resturant. OYO will show positive reviews but it doesn't have anything for what they have mentioned as their services, such as, no wifi, no housekeeping, no security, no telephone, even power sockets are out of their boards.

They are still settling up. AC wasn't working. But, they changed the room. Towel wasn't available, but arranged later

Worst No tv, No wifi, No room key, uncleaned room.
