Worst experience ever. The price is so high and for the price they don't even provide proper toiletries or water. Even for the water you should pay. There was no power backup. The bed sheets pillows are not at all clean. And had old stains in it. The room smellt worst. For 2 days they charged almost 6k which is not at all worth for the room or service they provided. For this price there are many 3 star hotels available. Used to stay in this hotel whenever I visited Chennai. You lost a customer because of the over price and service. I don't recommend anyone to stay here

This is our 2nd stay at the Maruthi Residency. Enjoyed both times immensely! The staff are engaged and cordial, the rooms are super clean, beds are comfy with crispy white sheets. Hotel facility is very good that provide you a large bed with good conditioned room... Bathroom is also very large. The rooms maintained neatly and spacious one.

Worst hotel experience ever. The booking was made through OYO for which the property manager called and said at the last moment that they cannot give the booking at the booked price and spoke rude when asked how they can deny the booking at the last minute when people had come from out of state. The person informed that it was their wish and asked if we are going to cover our losses and also spoke indecently. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and these kind of people are not capable of running a business if they can't even respect the customer. And when informed that I would make sure that I provide a review of this experience, the owner had taken over and informed that I can do whatever I want it's not gonna make a difference. Pathetic services indeed.

Very worst .. such a bad experience with the property. When they have a tie up with the OYO they should go along with the norms and pricing of it. When we boom through our OYO app it shows 1 room - 2Guests, but their app shows 1 room 1 guest, which is totally inappropriate. The staff was very irresponsible and the owner of the property too. Such a worst experience..such a bad day because of these people.. chuck the property out of OYO.

This hotel shoudl be removed from the Oyo list..worst place to stay and poperty manger was not ready to refund our amt too..even though we asked him to take 1 day charge and cancel the rest....the behaviour was ridiculous from the hotel side as well as from goibibo side. They shoud be charged for cheating case. PPLP pls be careful while booking. We cannot even rate this hotel.

Worst experience. 1.They demanded extra amount for room other than booked amount 2.There were bed bugs, mosquitoes 3. Toilet was not clean 4. Staff was not good 5. Had booked rooms for 5 days but left the hotel next day itself.If it was not too late at the evening then would have not even check-in this gross hotel.

Worst and irresponsible behaviour by the hotel management. Will never recommend to anyone. Please don't pay these frauds in advance and loose your money. This hotel should be removed from Oyo.

Terrible experience- staff is a disgusting bunch of scammers demanding triple the booked price. Lobby and rooms are filthy. They deserve to be shut down
