One Worst hotel in the world. Fully fraud don't book here. I didn't check any reviews before and booked. They are asking some extra money. The owner was very rude.

Worst very worst, Not even worth for single star Room and staff behaviour. No security for your belong n you kind advice not choose this property. Very locally, bad smell n ugly floors just visited room n property return back to other properties even if money they not returned.safety is must if any one booked based on photos shared by them please cancel now itself don't wait it's my experience saying, public property is far n much better than this. OYO doesn't support any. Behaviour of staff vadakkan very rude n irresponsible

Worst experience with hotel bookings. I booked room from oyo three days prior to the date.On reaching Chennai I received a message that we are sorry for inconvenience but rooms are not available at the moment though my booking was confirmed earlier.They shifted my place to a random hotel that was the worst i could have gone to. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Kindly never visit this hotel,they are not managing booking properly.

Very worst experience we had in this property. 1. Rooms are not cleaned 2. Bedspread, Pillow, etc.. not even washed so dirty. Even after ask to change those clothes same thing they provided . worst experience ever had. Mainly vadakans are working there. They dont no how to communicate with customer. 3. They ask for extra money during check-in. Already we paid 4000. They have asked 300 extra for each day. It's late night so we have don't have option we paid the extra amount. 4. They don't provide plates for eating 5. No towels provided. They will not provide basic things soap, brush, paste, even no heater in the room. A\C won't work properly. 6. It's look like booth Bangala.There is no proper lights 7. No bottle provided for drinking. If we ask for bottle they will say you have come down to reception for drinking the water. 8. I have booked for 4days. Literally I have checked out from the hotel 2days before. They dint accept for the refund. . 9. Privacy? 10. I swear don't book the property my kind request. 11. Oyo customer service is worst. They also not hearing what I'm trying to report about the property. 12. Picture shown for the property will not match when you enter the room. 13. We have adjusted to stay in the property for two days which is non refundable. we have paid our hard earn money.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. I really mean it. I guess even our jails are better than this room. 1 No proper identification board for the hotel. 2 It's dusty everywhere. Within room and on the way. 3 No one is available in reception most of the times 4 he doesn't even receive the calls 5 no food, even if u r ready to pay 6 no towels/water/wifi provided 7 spider webs all over the room & bathroom 8 not even a single window in the room. No ventilation literally. 9 mosquitoes are crowded in the room 10 floor mat doesn't clean ur feet. Infact, it makes ur feet even more dirtier After reading these facts, if you are booking this room. You are a fool and you need a psychiatrist help

I have booked 3 Rooms via Goibibo and it was a fair deal for my bro's who wer travelling from village but as we reach the Reception guy refused to give rooms then spoke to my bro nd was telling that to talk with any one but no rooms for them and the guy from reception said he is calling police but I spoke to my brother and told him to tell the situation and how they are cheated paying for 3 days. Then after since we received call from police they accepted to give rooms that too only two Rooms. People kindly be aware of these kind of fraudulents. Henceforth I was wondered whether the owner himself has guided the staffs to threaten the online guests and customers for extra mone once they reach the reception

Waste of money.. water is not flowing from heater pipe and toilet. towels and blankets are bot given. Not even soaps. Before checkin i visited room in person and requested to change blankets even that one not done. No intercom to contact reception. Atlast midnight they arranged another room only for bathing. Very worst.

Very worst room on ever gone through... not having proper maintenance and Charging extra money even though u pain in online. Please don't book this room and don't get disappointed
