Stay was enjoyable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was neat, tidy and adequately spacious. AC, Fan & TV & free WiFi were functioning alright. Hot water was available always. Best Wishes & thanks!

The deluxe room wasn't as comfortable at the first look, so upgraded to the club room (the highest grade room in the property) Furniture, ACs and linen are pretty old and not enticing. Would not be my first preference to stay in vadapalani, but for the benefit of the friendly staff, I'd not say it was a bad experience.

There was a guy in the reception named Suresh, who worked shift-based, specifically handling the night shift. We stayed for two days. However, his behavior and attitude were very poor. His language was unprofessional, and he was confrontational over trivial matters. He is not suitable for a receptionist role. Additionally, there were no complimentary amenities in this hotel, and the staff were lethargic in their duties. Basic utilities like towels, soaps, and shampoo were not replenished daily. Moreover, despite having business from various sources, the staff expressed indifference towards us, stating that we were one-time visitors and not their responsibility. This treatment made us feel disrespected. One of our team members even had a confrontation with him, which escalated the situation. The staff's communication during booking was misleading. Thank you.

This hotel provided the worst experience of my life. The staff seem inadequately trained. I suspect Suresh, the receptionist, may be from a disadvantaged background. He is clearly unsuitable for the role of receptionist. The management needs to address this issue promptly. Thank you.
