I had a truly delightful stay here! The entire staff was incredibly warm and helpful throughout. I'd especially like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the security team for going above and beyond. Room service was consistently excellent, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the poolside view was simply stunning. Highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Chennai!

Amazing hotel with great staffs. Rooms have a balcony and it was super clean. Pool was very nice on the 8th floor. Natasha was a problem solver. When the room was getting delayed in 8th floor, she immediately upgraded and gave me a room in the 7th with access to 8th. I appreciate Natasha for all her support and she is a great asset for Ascott.

This is an Appreciation feedback for Mr Pandi , who works at chennai OMR citadines . He is the best and due to him I have stayed at the hotel 3 times and always extended my stays. he goes out of his way to assist in any form possible. also his team shows great teamwork . Ms Kilen, Mr Sharif ensured the best stay possible, they even got me a flower vase that i requested , even though it was not a part of the package . I had initially booked via Agoda and later became an Ascot member and booked via the website too . this is a full Five star rating for me Pandi and team .whoever is reading this , please pass this to the senior management of the property as well as Ascot shareholders , as such staff are what makes you guys different from other hotels . you can reach out to me for specifics if required.also send me the formal feedback form if required.

The hotel as in is primary location in OMR. Room service and requests for amenities was spot on. Bed is small for 2A+2C, so a big bedding is recommended. Restaurant,parking and security was very satisfactory. The ceiling lights and color in room is dull. Pool is not blue may be the tiles are old.
