Worst like public toilet... and the receptionist was very rude... he said if u don't like they get out.. u won't get the money back. Too much of trash and not fit for ladies and family.... Totally money minded people not even customer care type person

Worst hotel in nandhanam. I booked for room couple of months back with my family. Rooms are not clean. Even water is not coming in restroom. And this mostly suitable for bachelor party. Everywhere a person stands and smoke. My recommendation is not suitable for family and non smokers. Management staff are rude. They can't refund my deposit amount. In night I shift to another near by hotel. Terrific experience with this hotel Manager or owner I don't know that person role. Don't consider this hotel even a choice. Book some other oyo rooms.

Average hotel. Old, shabby and not maintained properly. Only veg and food service slow and quality not ok. Highly overpriced (2050 for a night even when booked online after applying discount coupons). Worst part is that as per hotel our room was not good as it was booked online on discounted price. They could have given us a better room if booked over the counter (which was more expensive). We were totally amazed by this explanation. ||We chose this hotel just because of its location but eventually we checkout and selected other hotel for rest of our stay. Thankfully later we got far better hotels for lesser or similar price.

The hotel service isn't great. The rooms are pretty expensive for the quality offered. The design of the room is bad as the corridors are about a step higher then the room which means we have to be careful when we step into and out of the room. The room is also cramped with 2 chairs and a tea table. Not enough space to move. The telephone was also not working when I was there. The food is on the expensive side but there are near by shops where we can eat. Suitable for 1 day stay.

I am not a fan of unclean rooms, dirty bed spread and mosquitoes. This hotel is ok if you are in the town for a party time and want somewhere just to crash for one night. || ||Staff are very friendly and cooperative, good location and the rooms are good size. There is a lot of potential.

This hotel is located near city centre near T. Nagar and Mount Road. We had gone there fo my admission to SRM University. We couldn't find any hotel nearer to university due to heavy rush of anna univ. counselling. We landed at chennai at eleven in night and had to search for a hotel for two hours. We checked out 15 hotels but all were full so we finally ended up staying there. The rooms were very basic with ancient time tiles and had very dim lighting.We had to sleep without filling our stomachs because no food was available and the food we had in breakfast on the so called rooftop restaurant was next to crap and we checked out the same day and travelled along with our luggage. Overall it is a just-to-sleep-hotel.

I'm from Budharam, bihar ||Came to consulate of Germany we stayed up-to 3days in same room and that day is Bharat bandh conducted in Chennai.,||All restaurants are closed that day company staff arrange is own food at his home. ||They did was amazing moments in my life.

It was a normal experience . The hotel is old and so the tariff is a bit low. The receptionists were helpful. And surprise is you don't have a restaurant. If you order bra last it takes 15 min. You find good places to eat nearby though.
