Rooms and location are good but staffs behaviour is very rude.we take 3 rooms for 2 days then finally settlement they paid extra 200 Rs for spoon missing,They didn't give any checklist before taking room.Final settlement time they complained in front of families as behave we theft the spoon.This is very insulting and staff also very crude behaviour. I think this is a staff malpractice for taking extra payment for their pocket, actually staff spoil the hotel brand value.

I can't give the service a zero, so I'm giving it a one. The staff is extremely rude and even swore, they have no respect for customers. They never called for checkout and asked for extra payment and charged for the entire day. Owners also support the staff. This is not how hospitality industry works, even if it's just a side business for you owners. Don't waste your time for a bad experience like this.

The rooms are good but the staffs are very rude and not customer friendly. Be careful before checking out because they are asking extra payment by telling some items are missing. The staffs are lying for extra payment. The worst behavior of staff

Not worth for 4K/ day, lot of complaints water shortage,AC not cooling,Tv channels not activated.compliant arises then they shifted room.Its very difficult to change room once we settled.They not treated very well,only focused foreign customers for arriving medical treatment for nearest hospitals and finally make some drama before checkout to take extra bugs. I am not suggested to any one

Worst experience with this hotel that too front end staffs are so rude please don't go to this hotel had a very very bad send off from them definitely they won't take care of you properly they will definitely try to cheat and get more money really not suggested.

Very bad attitude towards customers... while using washroom, water stopped..no complimentary breakfast...they only allow 2 people in a room and charging extra payment for small children.

Some staffs are very rude....not family friendly...no respect...charging extra saying that's for missed things for items which were not there already before we checked in...we were helpless and couldn't prove that those things weren't already there and ended up paying for the same...when we complained,the guy at the reception was like you don't come here again if you are not satisfied with their service....such staffs are such a disgrace for an otherwise decent hotel with good rooms

Very bad attitude towards customers...no complimentary amenities....not even tea bags or sugar.....they just provided with a kettle and a few spoons....and at last while checkout they were telling a spoon was missing and charged 100rs each for two spoons while we actually didn't even touch the spoons ....didnt face such a situation from any other hotels till now That 200 rs isn't a big deal but the attitude is what matters
