I have booked this hotel for a business meeting near valasaravakkam, i felt like my home and the atmosphere is good. They have parking and garden area. Common spaces available like dining and seating areas. Even you can use washing machine on extra charge. Very neat room and friendly staff at a budget price will recomend for all the travellers.

Excellent property.clean and neat rooms... reception people are very friendly and polite especially need to tell about mrs.latha she is really very humble and friendly person. I feel very comfortable like my home..and also room services gud.. moreover the price is really affordable for the room & amenities they provide..

yesterday we had stay at blue sky residency which is one of the best stay which I had in recent times...the service & care from the staff was really really excellent & delightful...the room was so neat & clean & hygienic as well...moreover the price is really affordable for the room & amenities which they provide. especially Need to mention about the caretaker Mrs.latha who greet and assist us from the beginning with such a polite & professional manner...she really made us to feel comfort like our home...without any doubt I'll book the sky blue residency for next stay.. and also thanks to Mr.suman who really helpful while check-in and also for anticipated needs as well...

Have paid for 3 members but extra bed was not provided even after multiple requests. Looks like they don't accept online booking, so please call hotel and confirm, if you have booked already. Not value for money.
