Blue City Palace

We were asked to cancelled the online booking saying that the rooms are not vacant but as soon we agreed on paying directly they gave us the room. Talking about room it is pathetic , no amenities are proper.They have shown a great picture in the booking sight nothing is the same . They don't have a proper reception,there were no towel,or toiletries, even water is slow,the bed cheeks a lot The service staff are rude and doesn't know the meaning of guest privacy. They are here to extract money and fool the guest We paid so much for nothing I would recommend that you should not visit this place at all.

We stay 3 days in April month reception staff is not good they behave rudely with customers....no reception room available there.. we saw reception in down the steps..staffs they behave rudely with customers they don't no how to talk with customers they are shouting with customers. We have not satisfied from that hotel..we will not stay there next time...or else kindly change reception staff..cleaning staffs all are good with customers...but reception staff kindly change this behaviour...kindly consider this message hotel owner of Blue City Palace, Nanganallur, Chennai.. High rating reviews are fake don't stay This hotel have secret cam in the room. Not safe to stay there with family. Mainly for girls and ladies.no car parking,smoke smells Will be.

Stayed here for two days, good and adequate room space. Lift facility available. Just 900mts to nearest local train station which was really useful for both airport and central train station connectivity. Near by bazaar shops also a plus. Surrounding areas are bit crowded. Only drawback is no parking available.

The restaurant serves an impressive range of dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

I wanted to stay for airport visit with my family but the owner way of speaking is not good he asked me who is staying i told him 1 gent two ladies he thought something wrong and told no room. Before you do the job ensure you know how to work its my father mother and myself but you disrespected and told no room.

Worst experience ever! We had a reservation through Booking for Chennai and had requested a late check-in, which was approved by the accommodation. However, when we arrived, they told us there was no room available for us. We were left stranded on the street at 2 AM with nowhere to stay. Absolutely unacceptable! Avoid this place at all costs
