had an amazing experience staying at Blu Iris! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. I loved the modern amenities, especially the comfortable bed and the stunning views from my window. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The location was perfect--quiet yet close to everything I needed. I highly recommend Blu Iris for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

I stay in 5 days for office meeting purpose in this hotel,thare was afternoon lunch food items same as served evening dinner may be most of times. Air conditioner water leakage in All floors walking area. Mainly pestcontrol smell was coming 3days it is uncomfortable. Staff was very good working. I appreciate they dedication.

I am stayed this hotel 4 days for Chennai meeting purpose. I have faced very bad experience in this hotel. I am booked my room from yatra portal 4days. Selected Kind size bed. they given twin bed. asked 1day after they will provide. But next day also not provided. till 4days same room given. Even in room water bottles not there. After so many requests room service people they provide after 2 hours...Worst experience in restaurant. If we go the restaurant people come and ask after 20-30min. Continuosly we called only. Then we give order it will take round 45min to 1 hour for preparation. That to less quantity and less taste But High Rate.. my single line this hotel is no suitable for families may be you can understand...

The ambience is very good that mild background song is very melodious and soothing. The rooms were clean and neatly maintained, the breakfast served was very hygiene and taste is very nice.|The pantry place were organised in a good manner, the service is offered on a timely basis with a smiling face.|The banquet hall is very nice and spacious as well equipped with good ac and sound enginee.|I had a nice feeling in this place.

We availed the banquet facilities and rooms for business meet. The banquet hall is very good and the rooms are also very good. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and friendly. The GM Mr.Nisanth takes care of things personally. Kishore the FnB manager is very helpful and do the requirements in a jiffy. Overall a delightful experience.

Terrible stay, cockroach and badly maintained rooms , it was a big letdown from the last time I stayed, even though the rooms were basic! For a stay of two nights I had shifted 3 rooms, definitely not a place for decent travellers!! The staff were very nice and hospitable trying the but looks like very badly managed. The hotel can definitely improve with some professional cleaning services for the rooms and the toilets need to be provided with better quality of fittings. The closets and shower stalls are really dirty and not functional, using the toilet shower is a terrible experience!! Definitely not coming back here again and don't recommend others to stay!!!

It's in good location, but service and maintenance is very bad. The bathroom completely clogged and even after complaining they didn't clean it. The bathroom and AC both stinks like hell. It's not worth the charge. The price is too heavy for the type of service and room. Even in breakfast they give machine coffee and fruit juice had stale taste. Bad experience.

Please dont go by the photos and book this hotel. Those photos are taken ages back and the hotel looks nothing like the photos. Right from the time we went to the hotel we had trouble. We had reached the hotel around 2pm (2 whole hours later than the checkin time) and still they had not alloted any rooms for us. After 15 mins they said one room is ready and we had to wait for the other room as it is getting cleaned. After almost an hour the 2nd room was given to us. We had booked two king size beds but got different rooms. I didn't even bother checking after all the chaos. They definitely need improvement with some professional cleaning services for the rooms and the toilets and not to mention the staff needs to be more responsible and be accountable to keep the place running in case they don't want to see it's shutdown in the near future. Using the toilet and shower was seriously a let down that being one of the core requirements in any hotel. We had to ask for all the toiletries each time and the response of the staff was pathetic except for one staff named Anandhi who cooperated. They looked at us like we are a burden. And to add to this I had travelled with my grandparents so it was even more a letdown that they couldn't be comfortable during the stay. Never coming back here and don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel as a stay option.
