The room was good along with the cleanliness. The checkin and checkout process was smooth as well. Located at a good location, easy commute to everywhere. The food is fine and the staffs are proactive and responsive. In essence, it was a nice stay.

I recently visited Bloom Hub for an office conference, and the experience was quite pleasant. The venue is conveniently accessible via Little Mount Metro, making it an easy commute. For refreshments, they provide tea and coffee, which is a thoughtful touch for attendees. The buffet selection was limited, but every dish was well-prepared and flavorful. However, I did notice a few unclean utensils, so I'd recommend a quick check before using them. A little more attention to cleanliness would enhance the overall dining experience. That said, the hospitality was commendable, with the staff being polite and attentive, ensuring a smooth event. Would definitely consider this venue for future conferences!

I am a female traveller and stayed here for 4 days during the last week of January 2025 with my friend. Getting a good hotel in Chennai at a decent price is always a task, but I had an overwhelming experience here at Bloom Hub. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Upon checking in, they provided a link to a web-based app where we could request room services. The room I stayed was spacious, very neat, and well-maintained. The bed linens were neat and clean, and they were changed daily. The bathroom was also clean and adequately spacious. The restaurant menu had a variety of options, though it felt a little overpriced. However, the food and plating were good. The buffet breakfast was good and had many options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic experience and a delightful stay. The staff here are very courteous and helpful. Food served in the breakfast is extremely good and makes the day a happy one right at the beginning. Apan at the reception is a friendly executive and always energetic in making the guests comfortable

Bloom Hotel Chennai has a great rooftop restaurant that offers a pleasant dining experience with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The rooms are decent and comfortable, though they may not be exceptionally spacious or luxurious. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff at the reception were quite slow, and there were significant delays in responding to requests. It was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to check in or request assistance. Despite the service issues, the rooftop restaurant and the overall ambiance of the hotel still make it a decent option for a short stay, but it would benefit from faster and more efficient service.

Rooms are spacious enough. Food taste and quantity is good. The shade of yellow/ orange is one of my favourites so it added to the comfort. Housekeeping is quick. Humble n helpful staff. Maintain it.

The rooms are comfortable but way to go. Need improve on the bathroom hygiene, the drains keep smelling gutter. Service can improve a lot. Health preferences asked we're not addressed and the staff could have been open about it if they couldn't

Hassle free experience and super seamless check in and checkout process made the stay more comfortable. The location was very convenient and rooms were spacious and clean. Stood beyond my expectations would definitely recommend it to anyone staying or coming to Chennai !!
