I would have given 0 stars if I've given an option. Absolutely the Worst Experience - Avoid at All Costs This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had in Chennai and I didn't even get to stay there, thanks to their pathetic customer service. I called to inquire about booking, and the first person I spoke to shared the price and details politely. But the nightmare started when the second lady unbelievably rude and arrogant took over the call. She blatantly disrespected me, called the first person "inexperienced," and told me I had to pay more because of their internal miscommunication. Why should a customer bear the brunt of your untrained staff and poor coordination? That lady clearly doesn't have a clue about basic customer service or how to speak respectfully. If this is how they treat someone who's just inquiring, I can't even imagine how bad it gets after you actually book and pay. The way they speak lacks any professionalism, courtesy, or sense. Strongly NOT recommended. Save your peace of mind and choose literally any other place that values its guests. This place doesn't deserve your time or money.

This hotel function is suitable below 200 people's. More than 200 peoples not suitable. They not supply food as committed time. Particularly they was delayed and not in fill in food. Worst experience. All of my relatives and friends given black mark and bad experience in this hotel. They was cheating in the plates. They was hidden in plates under the place. Cheating

While the location of this hotel might seem appealing, I urge you to avoid it at all costs. Everything else was substandard. The receptionist's behavior was unacceptable, acting more like an authoritarian owner than a service provider. Their focus is clearly on extracting MONEY, not on providing a positive guest experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with family. Be cautious when using booking platforms like Goibibo and MakeMyTrip, as they appear to encourage cancellations with extra fees. This was an exceptionally poor hotel experience, and I would hate for others to encounter the same.

We booked Breakfast for the marriage function at Bhima's hotel. The breakfast was good and tasty. The staff is full of support and very kind.. I really appreciate Jaya madam and her team.

Worst experience ever.we have booked 4 rooms. All the toilets were not clean. We have called the room service to clean. Matress contains bed bugs. The most important thing here is when we opened the tap water it smelled heavily. Some acid cleaning have been done in that piping. Water came as a acidic foam for few minutes. When we asked about the pricing while booking, they are saying we should collect 18% gst but we are collecting 12% only which is already a discounted one . I really wonder how they are fixing the gst on their own.

Bathrooms were smelling bad. Seems sewage line running in one of the room and those side bathroom were stinking. Common bathrooms in hallway, downstairs too was stinking especially if the rooom is given after the general bathroom area Has to change the room frequently to figure out which room does not stink. The front last was rude. They agreed for outside cook for the wedding function to use one gas stove just to fry fresh papad. A week before wedding they pulled out in kitchen use. They gave lot of headache and played tantrums. NEVER EVER WILL RECOMMEMD THIS PLACE. WISH THERE IS A MINUS RATING

Very worst experience...we felt hotel was unsafe ..In our absence they opened our room and kept the doors open and gave us irresponsible answer. Rooms were so unclean and was so stinking. Overall it gives worst stay

Stayed for 6 days. It was a such a good experience. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean.Foods provided by them is also good and tasty....
