Beach Haven

Very nice beach house highly recommend for family, 3 room are in ground so it's very easy to manage with our elder and kids and 1 big rooms on 1st floor. We booked on last minute at late night but even though the care take and owner helped us in all ways. Thank you so much. Will fine time we will be visiting again.

The community villa apartment has several drawbacks. The pool is poorly maintained, often dirty, and not properly serviced. The internet frequently doesn't work, making it difficult to rely on for daily needs. Additionally, power outages occur regularly, sometimes lasting for hours, which is extremely inconvenient. The overall environment feels mediocre, with minimal amenities and little attention to detail. It's a basic living space, but the lack of proper maintenance and infrastructure makes it hard to recommend.

Nice location and very neat and clean house. We stayed for 4 days with my family it was a good stay, the beach was so close and it's on a walkable distance. Very safe and secured place and highly recommended for family. Thank you mr Balaji for your service and care hope will meet again.

Overall the property is good and clean. Just one cons is that the property is located in a street which has 3 villas. We have to Park our cars in that street. Also we have to take the reverse to come out. It does not have dedicated parking.

Rating: 1 star Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. First, the room was not clean at all we had to clean it ourselves! The sewage system was terrible, with a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom. To make things worse, the swimming pool was dirty and unusable. There was no room service provided, and the staff had no idea how to communicate with their guests. We requested an extension for our stay, and they initially agreed to it for 5000 rupees, which we accepted. But just a few minutes later, they told us they couldn't extend the room because the other guest who had booked it didn't agree. This was handled very unprofessionally. Lastly, the photos shown on Google are very misleading they are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst management worst housekeeping from the very first day everything in this resort is not clean or properly maintained . They don't even know how to treat customers . Worst housekeeping they didn't get us single thing we asked for and they didn't even clean the house properly . The bathroom is worst very much smellyyyyy . The photos they upload in their profile is fake the house is not looks like how it is shown in their profile . There were so much insects like centipede. The basic sofa is also not clean and it's is not how it is in their profile photos . They didn't provide any basic amenities Like kettle we ordered from online to use. The kitchen is also not well maintained . Overall bad experience. Try to change it

Idk why you guys are running a resort like this . There is no proper housekeeping, bathrooms are worst it is stinking so much and we asked them to change but there is no response from the housekeeping , there was no toiletries like soaps and towel . The resort were not clean at alll and there is a blockage at the bathroom pipeline and they didn't even change that. If you are just running for money at least consider basic customer needs . Very worst management.
