Balaji Residency

I have stayed at Balaji Residency more than four times, hoping for an improvement in their services, but sadly, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The Wi-Fi never worked during any of my stays, which made it difficult to stay connected. The rooms were never cleaned properly, leaving a persistent dirty smell that was very off-putting. The lack of hot water was another major issue, making it uncomfortable to freshen up. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent to these problems, and my complaints were not addressed adequately. The bed linens and towels were often stained, and the overall hygiene of the hotel was below acceptable standards. The noise levels from the surrounding area were also quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was far from welcoming, and I left feeling very unhappy with my stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the quality of their services. Until then, I can not recommend this hotel to others.

We had a booking on agoda .. we reached at 11.30 pm .. hotel people said no rooms is available . Person at reception had no courtesy and behaved very rudely .. he kept on talking on the phone .. when we persisted , we got connected to the manager , who said to wait .. when asked what his name was , he wouldn't respond and said to get out.. the person at reception also told to get out .. they said it's not their problem and it's problem with agoda.. I have never faced such issues during my travel across the country .. we expected better standards and behaviour from the service provider

Average hotel, this looks more like a lodge than hotel. No reminder calls for checkout is given, they demand rent of 1 day if you are late even for an hour

Nice room nice location but road very bad and entrance to the hotel way is not good or back side and side there is bus terminal..so loud of horn ...

Book it online for a better price, but the area's kinda rough, so I wouldn't recommend it.

It was okay for one day stay. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean.

Not fit even for a single star. Worst maintenance, worst attitude. Cheap receptionist. A property with good location wasted by a bunch of loafers who dunno to manage the property. Cheap prices=cheap people, cheap maintenance

An average Hotel in private bus stand. Likewise, all the hotels around bus stand this hotel is also bit of low standards. Cannot expect high standard services. For one person it is good enough as the rooms are small. Family might not fit in. Staff were friendly and packed water bottle (local though) were provided. AC was working fine. They don't have inhouse resturant so no food options. Better to order online. Overall not bad place to stay.
