Balaji Residency Guindy

Balaji Residency Guindy is okay for a short stay. The rooms are decent, but the price feels a bit high for what's offered. Located inside a narrow street, which might be hard to find. Service is fine, but the overall value could be better for the cost.

Worst experience they first say 2020 later they will say u have come with girl u have to give extra money they will collect more money at the time of check out if u don't know language they will tretn u worst staff behaviour i suggest u to not take room in the hotel they will definitely cheat u

I have requested early checkin, in advance, and agreed a total rate of 2500. Early checkin for an extra 500(6.30am). But at the time of checkout next day (8am) he charged me 500 again (btw, he collected that amount in his personal QR). So, in total I paid 3000 for just one day. The hotel rooms worth just 800-1000 max, but they sell it for various rate like 1800-2500 and then somehow they will manage to get additional amount. Not recommended.

The room is very neat and clean, maintained properly, Family friendly, Staffs are very kind and responsive being,, located 2km interior from Guindy metro but nice location

For a single person asked 2,080 rs while booking, when checkout 10am asked 250rs extra. Talking too rude, Be careful with these guys...

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was not clean and the bed covers had a bad smell. Additionally, they charged for visitors staying for just one hour, which I've never encountered at any other hotels in tamilnadu. My advice is to avoid staying at this hotel. The location is also very inconvenient as it's difficult to park your vehicle.
