It is better to stay on footpath rather than this hotel. Insects are there in every room. Dirty rotten smell comes from every room. Their foods are worse all over in this world. Rooms are too expensive... 2000 rupees for single small room. Please never ever go to this hotel

Worst maintenance.. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Drunken person sleeping on the corridor throughout the night. After complaining to the manager, then only they noticed the stranger entered into the hotel. This place was not safe.

I stayed in room 3013 which has 25+ cockroaches and ac cooling is not enough at day time. Maintenance is very poor don't stay here at all. Looks like very old building. Kitchen smells bad

The rooms at this hotel are spacious enough for four people to stay comfortably, which is great. However, the room service is terrible. Whenever you try calling the room service numbers listed on the phone, no one picks up. You end up having to call the reception for everything. Even after placing an order, whether it's for a room cleanup or food, expect a long wait - usually 1 to 2 hours. Sometimes, you'll even have to call the reception three or four times to follow up on whether your request is being processed. It seems like they don't understand the concept of room service. It's very frustrating.

Had worst experience Rooms infested with lot of Cockroaches and mosquitoes. Morning Tea will not be served in the rooms. We have to go out to outside hotel

I just attended a function last week , The location is perfect but there is hardly any parking only 5 cars and 15 bikes can be parked the food is a big let down.

Room is good, service is the worst. And my watch got stolen while maid was cleaning. Not recommended for foreigners

Prime location and decent rooms. Highly recommended for people outside chennai. Amble parking on the way to the hotel.
