Beware! Fake ratings! We booked this hotel thinking it has 4+ rating on google but it's not even worth 1 star. We had a very tiring day & we're looking to catch good sleep but this hotel failed us big time! Room was dirty. Bed sheet, quilt stained, shower doesn't work properly, AC doesn't work properly, Ac switches are broken so you can't make any adjustments in this heat. Mosquitoes bite you all night. Flush doesn't work. And to top it all they don't have a generator or power back up. So there was a power cut at night and we had to struggle for hours without any backup. Thanks to this hotel, we paid 3k for a sleepless horrible night. Don't recommend this to anyone!

This is a good hotel with clean and well maintained rooms, attentive staff and perfect for a quiet, non fuss stay. I stayed here for a night and loved the experience. Starting from the smooth check in experience to relaxing in the room all through, I have a quiet and peaceful stay here Recommend it if you are looking to stay in the area

The experience was nice. Main things airport to hotel very near to reach on time. Free pick drop service excellent Rooms are good and maintained well morning breakfast was good Staff are given immediate response any thing need on time.. Good city i enjoyed..

Truly loved the hotel because of the kind natured staff. 1. Reception uncle's nature was mind blowing. I had few concerns regarding visitor's presence, airport dropping and he solved everything with a smile. 2. Even the nature of the staff present at restaurant's reception was also great. I don't remember the name of both of them. Overall a few things could have been better but those are negligible. Nature was so good that I can't comment on any of those. They provided the best facilities to us. I went through the rating on goibibo but in google maps it was better. I called hotel directly and asked them for early checkin request and they agreed. Before this I called so many hotels nearby but they were not agreeing on early checkin in fact some of them were taking extra charge too. They provide complimentary breakfast and free airport pickup and drop. Any concern, talk to staff and they will solve it all. Go ahead with this hotel.

I stayed here last week for 5 nights, the experience was amazing.. starting from check-in, in-room dining, restaurants and all other facilities. The ambience is very upmarket, staff is very polite and dressed very well to the dot .. The housekeeping staff are trained well to wish you whenever they pass by you or see you. They create a good aura with the right aroma.

Where do I start! ||We had a rather large group of more then 15 taking up a few rooms for one night. ||Every room we booked had a ton of issues that they refused to address. ||Sheets had stains all over them, shower didn't work and when we asked to fix it the guy tried to walk into the room when I was getting dressed, the toilet didn't flush (making the room smell) and cockroaches crawling on people while they sleep. ||There was a whole lot more but I'm sure anyone reading this can tell it's not a good place to stay. ||Was the worst first impression of India there could have been.

If you are looking for a decent place to stay with your friends and family near to the hotel look no further than Avenue Hotel. The hotel was clean and hygienic with free airport shuttle pick up and drop off. The toilet was clean with hot water running. Rooms were standard and the staff was polite and courteous. Honestly I couldn't have asked for more. Happy to be your customer.

Rooms have no sound proofing. One can hear everything spoken outside and the neighborhing room. We could hardly sleep. Facilities minimal. No proper food available. Poor linen and bathroom. Location is in a crowded unhygienic place, where is hardly any decent eating or shopping options.
