I had a great experience at this hotel. The stay was comfortable and everything was well-maintained. The food was especially good--fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Worst Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had the most horrendous experience at Ashok Residency, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this pathetic excuse of a hotel. 1. Rude & Unprofessional Staff - The front office staff and manager are extremely rude, completely untrained, and have no sense of hospitality. The lady receptionist, in particular, was the worst--zero professionalism and a terrible attitude. They lack basic courtesy and have no idea how to handle guests. 2. Filthy, Unhygienic Rooms - The rooms reek of cigarette smoke, are completely unclean, and in a terrible state of disrepair. The furniture is broken, wardrobes are damaged, and there is no ventilation whatsoever. The entire place feels suffocating and disgusting. 3. Zero Coordination & Service - The service here is a joke. The staff are incompetent, slow, and utterly useless. No one understands the guests' concerns, and they just ignore complaints as if they don't care at all. 4. Scam with Online Booking Apps - We had to check out early due to medical reasons, and the hotel lied to us. They told us to check with Yatra for approval, but when we confirmed with Yatra, they told us the hotel had already denied the refund. This proves how dishonest and deceitful they are. 5. Racist Behavior - As someone from Northeast India, I have never felt so insulted. The staff behaved as if we were some lower-class laborers, treating us with discrimination and complete disrespect. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. If you care about cleanliness, professionalism, and basic human decency, do yourself a favor and NEVER stay here. Ashok Residency is a nightmare!

Room was stinky and Bedspread is not good, and it's smelly We have informed the reception, and then we have to change the room after we change the room. Also, it'll be like not comfortable. But there is a room, which is a little bigger, which we stayed two months back. It is super good, but this time experience is not at all up to the mark.

Rooms are ok ok, not actually acceptable as images shown in Goibibo mobile app, bathroom are not cleaned mug and bucket are very bad, no proper responses from receptionist when u call for the help Be aware of booking here, don't get cheated

My stay is really wonderful. The staff is really great. The food is really nice. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Ms. Vanita and Ms. Arti did a fantastic job. Hats of to Ms. Vanita who helped me a lot and go beyond the miles. Really Appreciate her. Thanks a lot for your help.

This place is located on the busy area Opp to Ramachandra hospital . Pretty decent stay here rooms were maintained well by the management. They have a dedicated parking space for the customers who stay here. Also restaurant is available at the premises.

Had a great experience! The food was amazing, and the decor was lovely. The staff were super supportive and made it even better!

Water was extremely bad. I have uploaded the pictures. Pls check. This is a valid issue. Pls do maintenance and don't become source for harmful infections and diseases by having such unclean water pipes. Stay away please. Until they provide proper replies of cleaning done.
