Very Very Worst Experience... There are 90% lady staffs and their behaviour, hospitality was very worst. The morning shift women nd men manager werr very rude and all they need is money. PLEASE DONT SUGGEST THIS GARBAGE HOTEL FOR STAY. THEY WILL GIVE MENTAL STRESS AND ASK FOR MONEY MONEY MONEY.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. I found the staff, especially during the night shift, to be quite rude and lacking in respect towards guests. Upon checking in, we paid for an 1800 a/c room in cash, but were provided with no towels, no bed sheets, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I strongly suggest addressing these issues to enhance the guest experience. Please don't go guys

In the non-a/c rooms the fan is fitted inappropriately to the bed under it. When pointed out, the Staff at the Reception says they can't do anything about it. So, the price for double sharing non-a/c room, in my opinion, is high.

Worst experience. I paid 1120 for single person. Just for overnight duration. I didn't sleep entire night because of mosquitos. All out liquid also was not provided by hotel staff. Very poor house keeping/service.

Decent Hotel in this locality. They charged 1800 for AC room. It was big room with AC and storage geaser and LCD TV. Old room, no lift and if you take non AC room, then no ventilation. They don't have resturant attached, so not good for senior citizens. It's near to Tambaram Railway Station & bus terminal, Adyar Ananda Bhavan is near to this hotel, so you get good connectivity and good food. They provide flexible check-in and 24 hours checkout option. Though the road was busy, room was quite. So you can go for it considering pros & cons.

Costly for the price offered. Spacious rooms. Heater available. Air conditioned rooms available. Spacious car and two wheeler parking available Towels not provided. Reception person needs improve his way of approach. TV facilities poor. Looks little bit less safety.

Room rent is cheaper. Service is good. Hotel management is cooperative. Improvement in cleanliness is suggested. Located in heart of the area attracts many visitors. Rooms are spacious. Whereas regular maintenance and interior will attract many more guests.
