Annamalai Residency - Hotel in Tambaram Chennai

I really Loved this place, This is really a Good hotel to stay, very friend staff and reception. My booking got cancelled from another hotel and they diverted me to Annamalai Residency. I usually don't stay in Budget hotel but this hotel gave me a homely feeling . This place made me to feel light. Only breakfast needs to be improved . Apartment is new and ambience is feel good. Stayed there for 8 nights. Bed linen/Bathroom towels were spic n span. Good parking space for cars. Commuting is easy as the apartment is situated in the heart of Tambaram. Housekeeping and front office were cooperative. Only con... if any was that they don't have an restaurant...However, that can be made up by vegetarian/Non-vegetarian restaurants around the apartments. Good for business/family stay! Keep up the good work!

We were three adults: two ladies and self. We had pre-booked two rooms, one double and the other single. Booking was done over the phone. No advance was required. Only our confirmation a couple of days ahead was sufficient. The Manager Mr Ezhilarasan was courteous and helpful. Final settlement was on our checkout by digital payment ( Google Pay). Oyo booking has been stopped. No pantry or restaurant is attached. Coffee or tea would be arranged from outside. The rooms were spacious,clean with AC. There are restaurants nearby. Check in a nd check out is on 24 hours basis.

It's a new place and is very good. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Near to Tambaram Station and it's located inside colony area. Was charged 2200 for 1day stay. They also provide extra bed if you pay for it. Room service is very good, and food is arranged from outside as there is no restaurant inside. There is also pretty good security and surveillance cameras are installed. Overall it's a very good place to book a room.

Rooms are good but no restaurant in this place 1. Place approachable but off the main road. 2. Rooms spacious, clean. 3. No restaurant so food is arranged by them through restaurants in vicinity. If you are tea coffee lover then it's arranged by staff but not available in house. 4. People are cooperative here.

It's a OYO associated residency. Simple and sophisticated. Service is good enough. Ambience and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are soft and luxuriously at ease. Lift is available Drivers stay is available. Complimentary body soap are provided to customers.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean room. Only set back is that there is no restaurant attached to the hotel. Food is ordered from the restaurant near by which was not good. Cost for the room is affordable, around Rs.2000/- for a double room. Facilities are basic like amenities like AC, water heater, Fan etc.

Budget friendly, comfortable stay and close to railway station and airport. The place is located in West Tambaram, close to the railway station and also airport which is a big plus point! The staff is very cordial. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bathrooms were maintained well. There is no complimentary breakfast but you can always order from swiggy who would deliver it to your room.
