Situated very near to Thiruvottiyur metro, hotels and some shops are available near to this. Rooms are neat and cleanly maintained. CCTV cameras are installed. Parking is the only headache, bikes have to be parked in the road side only and I don't feel it's a safe place to park.

Basic amenities missing. No concept of customer service. Parking is a mess. I could not even keep my bike safely. When I took the bike out from the premises I found scratches on it. The best part was the security guard instructing me not to park the bike there next time. I had to tell him that "I would not even try to book their property in future (in any multiverse)".

The rooms were ok for a normal stay,but there were few problems like the Air condition weren't functioning properly, the charging sockets were not functioning and electricity fluctuations plus the switch boards were loose.. The room maintenance was considerably ok. Location wise it's close to the metro station so convenient for tourists and people travelling often.

Very near to metro and also a bus stop which is always a good sign for a hotel. Rooms are maintained in a good clean manner. But when we reach there, there is no blanket in place, we have to ask for it. Phone will be there, but it won't work. You have to go down to call them everytime. One time usage bath products aren't provided either, which is a common thing these days. Ok, but not great. It can be made better with some slight changes.

They are charging Rs. 1800 per day but not worth for 1000. They controlled AC level and and TV volumes also no paid channels. Lot of mosquitos inside room. Charged Rs. 600 /- extra. ! Note - I have proper bill from your hotel so don't reply that not in our list.

I stayed here for about two weeks. It is not the best of the places to find your stay but at the outskirts of Chennai all you can get best is this. Rooms are okay but bathroom is not that good. Outside there is market, so you can easily reach out to nearby small shops.

Customers drop the hotel asking for driver give the one room asking manager but manage is told not driver's rooms in available you take rest reception hall in Shobha

No exhaust fan in bathroom, need to request on call for hot water. No complementary breakfast. Laundry service not on time. No ventilation in room except window to have mosquito bite.
