Very poor reception... Don't go here

Definitely not recommended unless you don't have any emergency stay!! Why, 1. Place is too congested and you need to stand outside of hotel if you go with more than 3 people. 2. Poor Service. You will feel like service folks dont like you are coming there as they need to work. they looks kind of lazy and react slowly and mostly busy with their mobiles. Importantly, its noy easy to communicate with them. 3. Heater doesn't work in any of the room and that information you wont get it until you start using it. 4. Price is too costly for the facility available. 5. They do say, you have complement breakfast. and they buy from outside with very limited item with parcel. it's better to skip and you go out have them peacefully. 6. Don't expect any on-time service. Some good things, 1. This place is very close to bus stand. if you relay on buses, this would be good choice if you just want to stay withi any service expectations. 2. Hotels are nearby and you can go and get the foods. 3. Rooms are looks okay, but not too spacy.

Stayed for a week. Complained twice for not cleaning the room and they never taken up the request. Also need to remind for morning breakfast otherwise they dont deliver. Never take road facing rooms, its always dusty and noisy. However 4 out of 5 points just for the location.

Definitely not worth the rent. No hot water for bathing. No parking space. Toilet /room not being cleaned even after request. Receptionist understands only hindi

Room is tiny, beds are not clean, no one bothers about cleaning it. No great room service. Just use it for sleeping and moving on. Toilets are clean, good WiFi.

Room service okish ... Guys who is running the place is not welcoming and wifi was not working .. No response for that either inspite of multiple calls

Crap Hotel! No power back, no generator. There was a power at the middle of the night. No alternative made by the hotel guys. Had a hell like experience all night with mosquito menace! Made complaints at the reception they were just pretending to something.

I Booked Room Online and Stayed here, Hotel is good but not visible, located in Ambathur industrial estate, They dont have parking facilities, but Room Service is available.
