Ambassador Pallava Chennai

Bad service, they don't clean the rooms when you tell them. They don't provide water bottles after multiple requests. When we asked to purchase one magically they have the bottle with 110 mrp rather than the 10 one (10 one is provided complementary in the room) The rooms are old, badly lit. We got two heritage rooms but sizes of both differ day and night one room is literally half of the other but costs the same. When we asked for fresh towels they denied giving it to them and we had to argue to get fresh towels which is absolutely shocking. Overall I'd rather suggest other places to stay

I stayed in ambassador Pallava hotel with my family for 2 days, my kids are enjoyed the swimming pool so much. Location of the hotel near to beach, Spencer plaza and mount road. We all came for vacation and celebrate it. Housekeeping was perfect and food is also tasty and quality. Lobby is awesome and statues are speaking the history of hotel. Highly recommend hotel in Chennai

I recently stayed at Ambassador Pallava Hotel for three wonderful nights, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, providing the perfect ambiance for a couple's retreat. The hotel's amenities exceeded our expectations--whether it was the delicious and varied cuisine at their restaurant or the serene pool area that was perfect for unwinding. The location was also ideal, allowing us to explore nearby attractions effortlessly.

Rooms were outdated and not worth the money. The food was okay, and the coffee, tea, and live counter were good. However, we expected a luxurious stay based on what we saw on social media, and it did not meet those expectations. The menu was repetitive, and the housekeeping staff came across as a bit rude. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

Recently Went for a lunch here - The Society. What really caught my attention is the standard the hotel has still maintained from 1980's. The unique smell it has, has also not changed. The food is well served and the service is also good.

The most beautiful vintage style hotel i have visited in the recent times. The food , the service, the ambience and facilities everything is top notch. Right from the get go the staff is smiling, friendly and very hospitable. The food especially breakfast buffet and lunch meals is mouth watering, the bar and restaurant staff too are very cordial and helpful with all your needs. A must visit hotel in the heart of Chennai.

It's my fifth visit, the receptionist were well trained... Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Our room package includes breakfast and it was a well apread buffet at their restaurant, most of the staffs are works tbere for long time are well behaved were courteous. It was pleasant experience overall

The entrance reception and foyer area is beautiful and luxurious. The rooms though are basic and should be upgraded. Bathrooms are old. Its good but only for a night or two. The location is good and close to shops and transport accessible. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of food. Chai. Pastries. Omelettes. Its a feast
