Villas are really good but the route this place horrible. Not sure when they will lay new ones. Not worth to travel daily with such pathetic conditions of the roads

whats the point of a 1.5 -2 Cr Villa if the road leading to it is shit, the very first road from the main road is full of garbage. I see a lot of expensive SUVs inside and i feel sorry for them. Either fix the roads by yourself or force the municipality. i wanted to buy..but no thanks ! Hopefully nearby VGN takes action soon.

Nice place with lovely villas. Maintenance is low. But people are ok and location is little far from main road. But good place to stay. 1.5 km from bus stand and reliance smart. So, if anyone want to stay please go ahead and choose this place.

Its a good community, well planned and well laid out. A calm and quite place far away from all the din. Only problem was the not so well laid out speed breakers which were car breakers. So low vehicles beware. They could do well to replace the speed breakers with proper ones.

A good security is one of the most important factor that i will consider before buying a home. The surrounding is also good with great facilities. I am happy to be a part of friendly people surrounded across my residential villa. Great people am feeling very proud of them.

A highly reliable and trusted source in real estate investments that offers great plots on sale. Good amenities offered in a plot project in Chennai. The price is also reasonable & the project justifies the cost as well. Perfect gated community for families!

I am so happy and impressed with the sales team at alliance group as they are very professional and guide you in the right way starting from the site visit the way they explain each and every amenities, features, floor plans about their projects helps each one of us to opt for a villa the moment we go through their induction process. I appreciate their efforts and I own a flat from one of their Alliance project, really happy. My next investment will definitely be another alliance project.

A project may say incomplete and lot of issues of half baked promises, and with problems all the way. Lot of construction quality issues. The maintenance period is about to end but incomplete handing overs. Utilities leave much to be desired. Local population has access to inside access roads making it a security risk all the way. PLEASE DROP INTO SITE AND MEET RESIDENTS AND DO VERIFY THE FACTS FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENTS IN BV BE ASKED THE DETAILS / STATUS OF PROJECT .VERIFY WITH RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION All THE FACTS. ALSO CONFIRM FACTS INCLUDING WHETHER ANY CASE UNDER RERA IS ON, DO VERIFY WITH ASSOCIATION. OTHERWISE YOU MAY BE CARRIED AWAY BY SUGAR-COATED DESCRIPTION BY SOME. BE-CAREFUL. DON'T WASTE HARD EARNED MONEY . WE HAVE LEARNT A LESSON
