Allamanda Abode Apartments

I had a wonderful stay at Allamanda Abode. The place truly provides a homely and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for a comfortable stay. It is well-equipped with all basic amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge, and a washing machine, ensuring convenience throughout. The rooms are cleaned daily, maintaining excellent hygiene standards. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience here, and without a doubt, I would choose Allamanda Abode again if I visit Chennai in the future. Highly recommended!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. This room offered a great value for the price, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable sleeping environment. This property is very near by Kovilapakkam bus stop.

Rooms are clean with required amenities. and the tariff is worth as its value for your money. Free wifi facility and ample parking facility is available. Very kind staff. The location is easily approachable as its very closer to airport, ecr, omr and velachery. Overall this serviced apartment is safe, calm and peaceful for the stay.

Very budget friendly and helpful staffs, we have booked 12 rooms plus for our Guest who attended our marriage at sai sudharsan marriage hall. Our guest was happy overall. Little mosquitoes problems were there, wish managment will clear this sooner

I stayed with my family and pet on an emergency and the staff members were very friendly and supportive... The rooms are equipped with A/c, geyser, sufficient number of cots. The food was served on time and without any preservatives.. It's a quiet place to stay.... It's one of the best properties in Kovilambakkam, great value for money and I would certainly recommend this property....

It's a very very nice pg. I feel like my own home. It's very safe and secured area. The pg is maintained very well and a polite staff. The maid is very nice person she is very kind and polite.this is the best of that I found in affordable price with good facilities.

The room given were basic. It had air conditioning as well. But it does not have an attached bathroom. It had only common bathroom. It was shared by the paying guests staying there on monthly basis. The bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Value for money and well managed & neat property. Issues are addressed in timely manner and support staff ( Shankar/Shiva/ Prem and house keeping ladies) are very friendly. For people like us who come from another state always have initial inhibitions but I can say that I feel very comfortable here. The cook (Devanand) has been very kind in taking care of food and cooks tasty food and always keeps smiling. He always fulfils my request whenever asked. Nice guy.
