Best Hotel to Stay In Chennai and near to Ambattur. Best service and Hospitality all we need they Provide Politely!!

It would have been great if there were to be an intercom in the room -to connect with the reception/ lobby. And the tap in the wash basin sink takes a lot of effort to get closed. Though this is called a standard budget AC room,it was not so standardised. The pros were the functioning AC in the room and the location of the property.

1. Price ok 2.Room neatness good, but bathroom not Hygeine. Fungus around all water outlets and cloth hanger... 3. in this price range its value for money. My advice is *Go for non A/c as the price difference is more for AC rooms* 4. Staying for couple of days it's good. 5. I searched online for rooms finally I got this and booked. Overall I was satisfied

Good room to stay. Room is very clean and has very peaceful environment along with A/C. Toilet is also pretty decent. Located near Ambattur bus stand and railway station. I suggest this room for someone who is searching rooms in avadi. But this is little bit expensive. For me they charged 1350 for 2 members for a day. I was here for the RRC GROUP D PET. You can find hotels at affordable rate and grocery stores at walkable distance from this apartment. You also has public transport facilities from early morning around 4:00 am.

The place is bit inside 50mts from main road. It has a parking space at the gf with office cum reception. It's a house kinda thing with 3 rooms in one house with sit out. Rooms are small not so comfortable. AC is fitted at one corner where it doesn't feel the whole room. Bathroom is also small and not so neat & clean. Has cupboard to keep things table and a chair which isn't required for such a small room. Bed is not so bad. Service isn't great as well. Need lot of improvement.

1. Pipes are not working, full of salt and stuck 2. Flush didn't worked for weeks, 3. Full mosquitoes, 4. AC cooling will be very low even in 160C. 5. They use a very old bedsheet that smells even if it is washed, 6. Water won't work sometimes in the early mornings, 7. Drinking water will not be refilled. If you ask any of the above to the service person "will check" will be the only answer. No actions will be taken on any of your issues. Worst experience. If you are staying for a night you can adjust.

Room is truly decent for a single night stay, if you have to attend a wedding nearby. AC was working perfectly.

No basic facilities provided. Heater was not working. Bed cover was dirty. Bedsheets were not provided. Dustbin was not provided. AC was not in working condition. TV was not recharged. Not worth the money. Should be improved more and price should be less for this non worthy place.
