hotel very nice super but A one week ago, I had arrived at the AR Residency Hotel. I had booked an Olo auto and arrived in an auto. Since I had to go immediately, I had asked the auto to wait. At that time, an auto driver driving at the hotel threatened my auto driver saying, "There shouldn't be an auto here. You should leave. I'm driving at the hotel. You shouldn't drive here." He sent me away. What is this personal preference? I can take any auto. It's not mandatory that I took the hotel auto.

Nice and quiet place. Rooms are clean and tidy. Well mannered and friendly hotel staff, Mr. Sunder is very helpful. Only minus point is mobile connectivity in the lower floors. Wifi facility available. Worthy and a good place to stay. Located close to T nagar commercial area

Best location to stay in chennai with good comfort at reasonable cost. If you are in need of T. Nagar goods purchase, you can do it with or without own transport vehicles(parking available). Safe and best......

I'm not sure about the positive reviews, as my experience was quite disappointing. I called to book a room and shared my ID via WhatsApp, but when I arrived, they claimed there was no booking under my name. They suggested I should have followed up for booking details, which made my journey much worse. After traveling for almost six hours, I expected better hospitality. Instead, I spent about two hours searching for another hotel due to their lack of attention. I recommend confirming your booking details before arriving. I'm uncertain about their service and other accommodations, but my experience was terrible.
