Very bad experience I don't again stay in this hotel

Rooms are neat and clean. They have good comfortable quality beds. The hotel is in main area, can be found easily. But they have their lift and parking at the back, which was difficult to find. They dont have room service (other than room cleaning) which is the other negative point I see. Other than that, they provide very good service.

The rooms were new & very clean laundry and self laundry was available, he bathroom aminaties were excellent, the service staff was excellent, I had a comfortable working desk to do my office work. Plus it has bear by hotels and Street food shops so very convenient. Above all, i never expected owner to be at the front desk to attend to our queries, a fine gentleman

I stayed for a day and a half for office work. Basically, I'm from the Telugu State. When I entered, there were two ladies at the reception. One was familiar with English, and the other girl seemed a bit confused. However, they provided information with a smile. Day 1: I was busy inside the room with my office work and hardly came out, only for dinner. There were no good restaurants nearby; we could only find a juice center opposite the hotel. They provided a toothbrush kit, shampoo, and two soaps. The bathroom was spacious enough, and the equipment was good for the stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get any hot water at 9 PM. I didn't even try to contact the front desk. I had a good sleep despite some romance with mosquitoes. The AC was not up to par, and the TV wasn't working, but I never complained about that. Day 2: I didn't know they would provide complimentary breakfast (they didn't even inform me). But I was okay with it and had breakfast outside before returning to my room. I went to the office, attended some meetings, and returned to the room by 11. Since my check-out time was 11 AM and my flight was at 5:00 PM, I contacted the reception for half-day stay and pricing details. She was okay with my stay but was not sure about payment. I expected that they would charge for the whole day, but surprisingly, they charged only 50% of the total amount. I thanked her and had a good nap for a while. At 4:00, I vacated the room. In a hurry, I forgot my laptop charger and a full bottle of whiskey (TEACHERS ). On the way to the airport, I informed them about the charger, gave my address, and requested them to courier it. They accepted with a smile and didn't even charge me for this. I'm very thankful for their gesture. Even on my next visit, I'm going to stay here. I guess the hotel will gift me a bottle of whiskey . Area: **** Room: ***** Food: We had to inquire a lot for good restaurants around. Service: ***** Price: 2800/- per day Charged me 1500/- for an extra half day.

Nice and Clean Rooms. Owner was kind enough. At affordable cost a short trip can be planned. No restaurant available but all type of food is available in nearby area. Value for money. I was tired enough after hectic day but i felt like home. Thanks to Owner.

Arrogant staff at the reception. There is nothing called co-ordial the way he speaks. He thinks he owns the world and the people coming to stay are his slaves. He is belittling people while talking. It was out of time pressure and no other way i put my guest in this hotel .I will not recommend this hotel to even my enemy

Hotel was too good need and Clean , Staff was very supportive and Clear Understanding people. Nice Location. Price is high compare to Location and Other services. Room service not available . Even Tea coffee Have to take from Out side. Inside Hotel No Food service.. Thats way single star
