While it is tucked away in a quieter corner, step outside and you're immediately in the middle of a lively shopping area, with access to restaurants, street food, and retail stores. During my two-week stay at this serviced apartment, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional hospitality and hotel-level accommodations. - Apartment is near Velachery phonix mall ( 10 min drive) behind Chennai silk - Bed is comfortable and big (two person can nicely sleep ) - bathroom is clean and they give soap and towels - water is there and we can refill it in can water down. - Swiggy and cab the drivers can find the address. - neat clean and safe rooms. We called directly to book. - Tamil channel come in tv, cupboard is there to store your luggage, ac is good - Instead of staying in hotel for airport, you can stay here

We had a very comfortable stay as a family for 8 days. The service provided by the staff was good, and the rooms were very clean and tidy, including the bathrooms. The only discomfort we experienced was the lack of complimentary breakfast; they should consider including this service as well. I highly recommend this place for a perfect family stay.

Stinky rooms and the washroom were slippery. Stinky smell near the place I won't suggest to stay

Stayed here for 2 days with family. The staff were very helpful and also allowed for extension for a couple of hours at no cost. The apartment has a common kitchen, which can be used for preparing tea/coffee. The only issue is with the road it's very narrow, which might make it a bit difficult for the cabs.

Stay was good, house staff available all the time for quick help. Very near to railway station and walkable distance from chennai silks and grand square. Well maintained rooms with all basic amenities, friendly staff, smooth checkin and checkout process. No breakfast provided which is minus.
