OYO Perungudi

I shouldn't have used oyo, i jave a regret that i used oyo for room booking, i booked room in chennai hotel name hotel o perungudi with my friend in oyo i booked it for 625 and it also got confirmed but hotel chatged more 800 but when i complained it in oyo customer care they didnt took the matter seriously and i had to pay more i will never ever used oyo for room booking

Don't be amazed by the lower prices. They have admitted that the lower prices in OYO are only for getting bookings, actual price is 1000 INR per room per person. Go for any other better accommodation near by.

This is also very terrible experience because hotel person made me to roam here and there ,Rooms are not clear very smelly,they told to share men commen washroom with rooms are in 3 rd floor common washroom is in ground floor after seeing 2 or 3 room I Told no and then I stay near by in another Hotel which I didn't book but my experience in the hotel Perungudi is very bad because I didn't stay. What is the benifit of online booking???pre payment??? I am new for that city and that is really a stressful situations.now I want refund from ixigo app and Hotel.dont book online hotel.They R cheaters.I paid both days double payment to stay in another Hotel.

Cheaters!! Please avoid this OYO at any cost. Let me explain what happened to me. I booked this place recently and recieved confirmation email as well. After reaching the place we couldn't find the exact building because they don't have a name board and the reason said by them was "they are just partnering with oyo and they don't want to promote OYO". Also, they said they didn't receive any booking under my name and asked for double the price. Even after multiple complaints received from customers through reviews, OYO is still partnering with them. This shows OYO's standards.

This is the first time I'm using oyo.i came Chennai for an interview.i book this hotel through Oyo app. As a first time user I got an offer so I book it for 650 rs.i have to walk to this hotel for around 1 km with 3 luggages but when I reach there. The staff deman 1500 rs.when I inform about the offer they got angry and they said less than 1500 they will not give the room.so I have to cancel the booking.if they are charging what they like then what is the point of this application.i informed the customer service of Oyo but when they call the hotel management they are not didn't pick the call.I'm really very disappointed with their behaviour.

For Booking ID KX176185, I paid in advance for a two-day stay. The property owner tried to shift us elsewhere, which we refused. Despite providing my original Aadhaar and my wife's ID from DigiLocker, he intentionally denied us the stay. Sadly, OYO supported the property owner. This is outright cheating by OYO and its partners.

Very bad experience..very disgusting behaviour of managers...they hike the price after u stay for 1 hr and said to checkout with no option left..they behaviour very badly...and cut the electricity for long hours with no inverter or generator and also very dirty environment..everywhere cockroaches and insects can be seen

Worst hotel experience I ever had. They charge more than it shows in app(if official amount is 750,they charge 1500 Rs).They didn't provide towel,soap. They give just one water bottle.If we ask more than 1 they ask money. I suggest don't choose it.
