Hotel O Tiara Grand

I booked via oyo for 800 and walked 3 km to reach there .there was no booking manager and demanded 1600 for the same facility room that I booked .I asked why the house keeping guy said call customer support and leave first from here and I tried to call customer support he was saying something bad in Hindi and I started shouting you guys are scanning like this and after ll the way how come you cannot allow me to call customer support and it went on very very very very worst hotel employee i ever met. All are speaking Hindi no one speaks tamil but they speak tamil bad words very well..if you want better pay even some more money and go to some decent hotel

Horrible place Worst staff They charged me double price for rhe room without washroom 1 paid 1200 for the room but the actual price listed was just 600 Rude staff and vert unprofessional Dirty and smelly rooms and bedsheets

It's very pathetic after reaching the hotel with family at night, and they simply denied to give a room, they said we don't have the room with this rate/price and we haven't accepted the request in OYO that is computer automated booked we doesn't have the access. And final he gave one room with double price and there is no toilet also. One common toilet given. Mr.Ritesh agarwal should address this issues seriously. They were getting the people's through OYO and they doing their business in own way what they want. It's very bad.

The Hotel was horrible, disgusting, as well as fully unprofessional and vulgar. I came to Chennai to have enjoyable moments but when I reached to the hotel after travelling 30km paying 410 rs, I booked it on Agoda and paid Rs 621 and when reached at the location the staff person asked me 1000 Rs. extra. saying that this is how they treat customers, and If I don't want the room then cancel it. I told them to cancel from their side, he didn't and when I argued with them related to this issue. they started abusing us. I raised a complaint agoda, complained about them and asked for my refund. They also were very unserious about this thing put my call for hold around 25 min and later on told me that they can't raise complaint. That's why I am posting the complaint, here. If you coming to Chennai, be prepared for this kind behaviour coz they think of extracting extra money from us either it is from hotel or uber. Most of them are just see us in a bad way. Don't ever go to this hotel also the pleasant photos all the just take, the hotel building was bad, very bad.

Horrible hotel and extremely dirty. Paid via OYO upfront for 2 days stay, at check-in they asked additional for room with attached filthy bathroom for two female travellers. Staff was rude to the point of abusive. No amenities, no geyser, no toiletries provided, mosquito ridden, not even water provided. Shitty and shady hotel. Checked out immediate the next morning.

Avoid This Room at All Costs I booked an AC room through OYO, but upon arrival, they refused to provide the room. The staff displayed extremely rude behavior, and the overall experience was disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to save yourself from a terrible experience.

Don't book this hotel in online, if you book oyo or makemytrip or booking other portal , you will pay full payment on online, after goto hotel check-in time the reception boy will asking extra charge.

If you want to loose your money, visit this place. If you want to be cheated, visit this place. If you want to face any bad experience, visit this place. Finally I can say that this is the most worst place in Chennai. Rooms are dirty. Reception is worst and try to cheat customers. I had 100% bad experience at his place. So I dont recommend this place to anyone.
