care taker is very supportive and taking ownership to maintain property clean and tide. owner is very lucky to have this kind of care taker. rooms are very neat and clean. swimming pool also very cleanly maintained. no skin irritation felt. speaker and mic provided to add more fun. must have basic kitchen amenities.

Nice private property in Kovalam with great accommodations, a large lawn, a clean swimming pool, a good dining area on the ground floor, and a party hall on the top covered terrace. The hospitality and support from the property manager are excellent. Parking space is available outside the building and looks safe. The property is just 200 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the nearby shipping harbor and village. The side road from the ECR highway to the property can be in poor condition, especially during rain, but it's not a major issue. Recommended for family or friends' outings. No food is available inside the property. You can either order through a food app or ask the property manager to organize it for you.

Rooms are neat, good for a group of team or family, having facilities to cook in the resort, members are also available for cooking. Just a little distance to walk for beach
