I had a wonderful experience with this hotel!!. I called ahead to arrange flowers for a special occasion, and they handled everything perfectly. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured the arrangement was beautiful and delivered on time. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stands out. Highly recommend!!! The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making for an exceptional stay!

I'm on a one-day business trip, and I usually stay at well-known hotels. However, due to an event, all the hotels were fully booked this time, so I had to stay at Arumuka Hotel. It's more of a lodge and manageable for a one day stay, but definitely not ideal for anything longer. The room was basic as per cost (photos attached), and while breakfast was provided and for Tea they are charging separately because it's not included in the plan, it wasn't quite up to the mark. If you're left with no other options, this place can suffice for a short stay.

Good room, seemed bit pricy in that area but dint have other options so had to stay there. Service was quick and good. Room was clean

I was there on 10th to 12th May 2024 during my business trip. We can say location is good. Service is also good. Yes it is unfair that half liter water bottle for a day. Over all can say good place to stay. I loved every aspect of this hotel. From the room service to the amenities, It gives a full-on experience. Definitely recommend for holidays/vacations with family.

My stay at Arumuka Sakti Hotel was extremely disappointing and far below even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise against staying here until significant improvements are made in their service and facilities.

Service of the Hotel is worst.. No Restaurent available. Also they provide half ltr. of packaged drinking water for a day after that you have to purchase water everytime.. No free regular water facility available. Staff has no bothering with any issue you faced. They will just stick to their rules. False commitment given at the time of checkin. Bad experience.

rude and moody guy when you call for room . My dad called him and asked for no breakfast option and the guy on the other side said no such option, stay where they give you that option and hung up. I called to make sure if it's the same guy I call for booking for the past few years and it was. Looks like they don't really know how to talk to a 80 year old person and a regular customer. Sadly I have to stop staying here for this rude answer and no remorse

Stay was good and pleasant. Rooms were neat and clean. Toilets can be improved. Excellent tiffin breakfast.Overall value for money. Call direct and book which is more economical. One disadvantage was to get transportation to the nearer place even with uber.only option is shared autorikshaw
