I recently stayed at Costel Grand Hotel and Resort with a Gold membership. The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and well-maintained. The food was tasty and had many options. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The food and service were excellent! Even though Chicken 65 is a common dish, it really stood out here--surprisingly softer than even Fish 65. Had a great overall experience!

Very decent budgeted property. You can go for their cottage for your family time. And a well maintained peaceful block is also available if you are into a business travel. Excellent hospitality and services. You can take all 3 meals over there daily without worry, as it purely tastes like home food. I couldn't find any preservator or taste makers added just to give you restaurant style flavour. Value for money.
