NK Courtyard

The most irritating thing is the guy in reception, who always tries to answer with his weird expression instead of speaking. Inspire of all the bad reviews about the reception guys attitude....I still went there as the only reason was that the location was little close to the place where I had my work and also the pictures in the reviews seemed to be good.....but I really regret going there little because of the bad rooms but a lot because of the reception guy's cheap attitude like some free hostel warden. I have checked in somewhere around 5 pm in the evenign and slept off immediately as I was tired but the rooms are dusty with old furniture covered with cob webs, noisy as it is close to the road. The balcony door has no lock. There is no exhaust inside washroom and the air from washroom enters inside the bedroom making it stinky. Bedsheets are covered with hair, pillow covers are stained badly, unwashed doormats. I released in the late night that there is no point in staying there and vacated the room next day early morning, found a better stay for little lesser price of around 2000 rupees. I feel that the neatness, hygiene etc are secondary.....atleast they should have some sense to be polite and be welcoming to the guests. Will never choose this place again.

Title: Decent Rooms but Poor Room Service I recently stayed at NK Courtyard for 2 days. I chose this hotel based on the photos I saw on Google, which looked very appealing. Here's my experience: Pros: The rooms were as good as the photos suggested. They were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Cons: The room service was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple requests, the response was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest needs. Basic requests such as extra towels or room cleaning were either delayed or ignored. No Food Options available For anyone visiting this city for the first time, I recommend exploring other options unless room service is not a priority for you. The stay might still be pleasant if you're planning to spend most of your time outside the hotel and don't rely much on in-room services.

Room is good, but the service is bad The phone doesn't work to call reception, they do not provide basic stuff like Water, Hand wash etc and overall it was not that good of an experience

my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location is perfect

This hotel's ambience is good but it LACKS PROFESSIONALISM. And I've written it in capital letters because i want potential customers to read my review. The management consists only of a husband and wife and both of them are egoistic. The husband is downright rude. He is mannerless. He walked while my father was talking to him and when i stopped him to say to atleast listen to my father he gave me rude looks and said you're not the only customer I've to attend to. Both wife and husband have to be constantly reminded of their services that they need to provide to the customers. There is no welcoming atmosphere in this hotel. The furniture and the room is beautiful however I'm not sure how long will this beauty attract the customers because the management level is zero. Please give him a tight slap because he needs a good public or police beating. Both husband and wife are cheats. Save your precious money and go somewhere else.

No way this is a 3 star hotel. No room service or housekeeping staff employed, the receptionist is the only employee. No complimentary breakfast or restaurant available on location. WiFi did not work. They do not have any bottled water available and you have to buy it from outside (5 minutes walk). No 3 pin sockets in the room, so could not connect my laptop. Stayed for 2 nights and moved to another hotel. Small rooms, room freshener had a very strong smell that gave me a headache. Could not sleep because of mosquitoes and noise from the road.

Rooms are spacious. Clean bed spreads and pillow. Clean rest rooms. But no intercom. No restaurant. No room service. Noisy, as it is on the main road. So, had disturbed sleep due to vehicle noise. Easy access to bus stop and Guindy railway station.

Only the Rooms are ok, which needs good maintenance . Else Room not that great . Receptionist lady is the worst. Very arrogant and rude. The male staff who is always in the Lungi is worst .... Literally arrogant and behaving rude. He has given torn bedsheet.. When asked he is questioning us back "Don't we use torn bedsheets at home?? N Kept murmuring " Location is just beside the road.
