Hotel O AK Residency

Stayed here for just 3 hours.. Initially they allotted a room in which the fan was not working.. So changed to another room... Once entered the room, there was a heavy cigarette smell inside so asked for an air freshener but unfortunately it was not provided due to unavailablitiy.. particularly the bathroom had few cigarette butts on the floor especially on the drain tray... Very poor Housekeeping

Worst ever hotel, its rooms are messy, there was no hand wash in my room, the flush was also not there, the jet spray won't work and the water coming from tap was also dirty. And they said they didn't accept Oyo bookings even though it is listed on Oyo. I had some important things to do that's why I was unable to contact Oyo there and they charged me double the price listed on Oyo and even declined for giving me a bill for my stay. I think all the good reviews are paid ones and don't trust them.

Room costs approximately 2000/- We four friends went to kundratur for writing the exam at Chennai Institute of Technology. The room is small with 2 cots, and a small washroom. AC and Tv are good. They won't give you a water bottle at least. 2000/- is high. But it's the only option. Because you can't find any stays around there.

I stayed at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The service from the front desk was phenomenal and they were so polite. The rooms were clean and the area felt safe. They have a great restaurant, too! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family & friends!

Don't book this via Oyo or you will be left to your fate. My wife was stranded here since the hotel refused to admit the Oyo bookings, end up paying 1200 for the room which I booked @750/day in Oyo, neither Oyo helped nor the hotel. Property manager simply passed the buck saying contact Oyo. Don't fl prey to this trap. Since it was near to the location I needed to visit I choose to continue with the stay and also in this location there is nothing else in offer as well. In our 4 days stay here, we changed the rooms 3 times(hotel insisted), first room was not clean at all & for the second one they didn't even provide bed sheets/blanket. So altogether felt cheated. Big let down by both OYO & the property manager.. PS:- Pls Don't fall victim to fake reviews. Always have a plan B if you are going to this place.

I had a great time at the hotel. The room was really comfortable and clean and the staff there were really nice and helpful. The amenities like ac tv wifi parking made staying there so much better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a good place to stay at this hotel.

Oyo and other app quoting price is different and when you reach the place they are charging 3 times higher then the quote price. Talk to the property owner first and check in. Else you may feel very bad once you reach. It seems from longtime he is just blaming that Oyo has not cancelled the dealership.

I had a great stay at this Hotel. The staff was helpful, check-in was hassle-free and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.
