SRP The Pavilion

This is a nice service apartment. Room was good. Located in an apartment complex. Car parking might be difficult here. Food options very nearby are only small shops or street vendors.

-Getting there is a problem. Narrow road approach. A bolero will not fit in. - Google map is a bit confusing as the new flyover and the road approaches has no billboards about which exit leads to where. I suggest the owners of the apartment display a satellite image or link in the website. -Local area landmark photos can be updated in the Google map or in the website. -The call taxis we hired few took a long route where as others took a shortest route, both with equal difficulty to locate the exact address. - Curtain rods, curtains missing at the family room and the see through kitchen in the night gave an ire feeling especially when you have ladies staying. -Mostly courteous staff. -Rooms were spacious enough and very well lit. -Drinking water filter facility worked fantastically, better than the canned drinking water. -Never had water, Wifi, elevator or intercom problems, plenty of security cameras...Once you are inside the premises, it is so quiet and ideal for family and business meeting or conference. - Communication wise they spoke well in Tamil, Hindi and English at the reception. -The owners were of Rajasthani I guess, Very prompt to our request and open to suggestions and quickly responding -Parents were happy.

The rooms were neat and clean. No complaints there. The roads to this apartment are too narrow,with the car on this road a person or a 2 wheeler can't passby. I was waken up thrice at night around 1130 pm to take my car out which was so frustrating. There is no flexibility in check in or check out. I will recommend this stay only to PPL who don't have car and stick to their time.

The rooms are well furnished there is AC, CCTV cameras for safety, Wi-Fi, TV with dish anteena, sopha, balcony, shower bath, Ironing for cloths, washing machine, first class POP. Location also nearer to railway station, market, hotels, groceries shops. But there is no service, no play station and Quality of morning brekfast average.

SRP Pavilion was a great stay. Stayed with my partner. So yeah, unmarried couples are allowed, with proper Id. Rooms including bathroom, were clean and neat. It's a apartment, but the living room and kitchen and balcony are shared with another tenant of the other room. So keep that in mind. They have all the amenities like wifi, fridge, washing machine (didn't use as it looked old and gross) maybe other rooms had better ones. Kitchen utensils, induction stove etc. Rooms and ac too. The hotel itself is a bit inside, 10 mins walk from Perangulatur station. Overall the stay was great. Thank you SRP.

The service apartment were very good. But a couple of issues were experienced in the 2 rooms I stayed. First was that the AC remote was not working but later they fixed it. Second was that both the rooms had water logging issue in the bathrooms. Rest all was fine and the stay was comfortable.

I stayed here some six months ago and I checked the room with Spy camera Apps for obvious reasons. I think the rooms have cameras installed as the app showed some spikes for some electromagnetic radiation probably coming from the hidden camera installed behind the almirah mirror... I am sure not all rooms have but most of them have... Else you tell me, why is there no space in almirah behind the mirror?? I request every guest to check the almirah mirror with some spy camera apps...

Booked 3 Units in SRP The Pavilion for a night's stay for my relatives and friends during my sister's wedding and it was really a wonderful place, catered to the needs of both youngsters and elderly people. The units are very clean and well maintained. Our friends were very happy that they will prefer to stay henceforth in SRP in future during their stay in Chennai.. Our special thanks to Sharan and his team for his constant followups and 24/7 availability to address all our needs. We would really love to visit and stay there.. Best wishes Sharan!
