Hotel SRR Grand

I had my son's birthday party couple of days back. Not at all good in terms of service and customer satisfaction. Pls do not plan any party in this hotel. I have wasted my money. Buffet menu price is too high and it is not worth also. Even for four extra plates they charged me around Rs.3000. They are just focusing on customer money not with the service. My whole family was completely dissatisfied with their service.

Best ever experience.... That receptionist dealing good manner...rooms clearness is awesome... Complimentary breakfast also super... In vandaloor zoo area value for money hotel.. me and my friend stayed for here exam purpose.... It's gives a pleasant vibe...AM directely dealing with US given AFFORDABLE prices...happy with staying here... Thanks AM sir...

I recently celebrated my daughter's birthday party at this hall and had an exceptional experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly with decorating the stage to make it a special day for my daughter. We did decoration for ourselves, we didn't go to service provider which was recommended by the hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff were always smiling and attentive, ensuring everyone enjoyed each dish. Impressively, they seamlessly accommodated our group of 50+ guests. Their professionalism and hospitality made the event truly unforgettable. We're already looking forward to celebrating future occasions here! Keep up the fantastic work!"

Service was the worst. I booked through Agoda, since they did not pay agoda the money, they did not get my booking for which they made me wait for checkin for a very long time. Service was zero. They give such judgemental looks. They even listened to my private conversation with my husband and stared at me for a while. Zero in service.

Anyone willing to stay pls stay away otherwise you will get 100% health hazard. Full hotel is infested with cockroaches you will find cockroaches in food / pillows / beds/ washroom almost everywhere. Few thousands of cockroaches are infested everywhere which was night mare. The cockroaches crawled on us while we were sleeping full bed was infested. Upon our request They changed few new rooms but all were infested beyond imagination. Eventually i checked out of the hotel at mid night 1am due to this problem and stayed at nearby hotel. I have requested for refund as i dint stay that night but hotel management refused. but any ways those willing to stay away from health hazard put avoid this hotel.

Very pathetic service in the restaurant. They served uncooked chicken. Blood is seen in the chicken pieces. When asked, the staff tried to cove it up. They were offering sweet dishes on free when I questioned them so that I don't rake up the issue. Such a cheap mentality staff. They were not ready to own up the fault happened. Be very careful of such places and persons.... very cheap behavior.....

Business trip as well as family trip friendly hotel and rooms, eith restaurant facilities. Located at main highway, near Vandalur Zoological Park, its about 15 km away from the airport, and well connected to all major outskirts/ highways.
