1. I reserved a room for the team of three, referred to as a "suite" by the hotel. However, it turned out to be a small room with a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed that was impractical for sleeping due to a significant gap between the two, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. The electrical sockets are inconveniently located far from the bed, making it difficult to access and control devices such as the TV, lights, and fan. Furthermore, the sockets are positioned at an uncomfortably high level, rendering it impossible to charge laptops and mobile phones without a pedestal or stand to support them. 3. The room was located on the 2nd floor, but unfortunately, there was no elevator available, posing a significant challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues to access the floor. 4. The accommodation lacks adequate parking facilities. While there is limited shared parking space for two-wheelers on the ground floor, which is shared among three properties, there is no designated parking space for cars, forcing guests to park on the roadside. 5. Despite advertising complimentary drinks, they were not provided. Furthermore, the hotel fell short in providing basic amenities, including insufficient bed sheets and towels. Even water bottles were not offered; instead, a 20-liter water can was placed at the reception, requiring guests to fill their own bottles. When requested, the hotel staff suggested purchasing water bottles from the supermarket located on level 1. 6. The most disturbing incident occurred at 11:50 PM, when hotel staff knocked on the door and inquired about the number of occupants in the room. They claimed that this information was required to be reported to management, causing unnecessary disruption and concern during late hours. 7. The room's exorbitant rate of 2.8k was grossly disproportionate to its small size and subpar amenities. Furthermore, despite a check-in time of 11:00 AM, our room was still being cleaned when we arrived at 12:30 PM, highlighting the hotel's inefficiencies and poor time management.

Rooms are very tiny, not well maintained. AC works, but you won't get remote.

Worst experience. Poor service. We booked an A/C room and paid for an extra person. They gave us a bed sheet and pillow not an extra bed. Even though it was an A/C room no bed sheets or blankets given. When requested the staff replied that all bed sheets are given for washing. The person who was in reception at night was rude. The room is opposite to the bus stand so no need for an alarm, the honking noise was terrific, couldn't sleep after 6 am. If you still want to book room here don't come here with your own vehicle. No car parking. Even they have a parking slot in one of their other property it is for their owner's car. You should park your car outside.

Very Very worst experience in my life. Staff behaving so rude and rude, They are not providing tax invoice please look at my attachment what they give for me just a written bill!!!! I am really frustrated because of receptionist lady behaviour. She behaving like a billionaire and talk very very rude and irresponsible. Also room was not comfortable, TV not working, they are charging too much, No 5s maintenance and they are cheating my money. Not worth to stay. I definitely going to file a complaint against that receptionist lady. My personal experience and suggestion Please don't go there.

Parking facility missing. Room service is not adequate

Rooms are good. But need little bit cleanliness. Window doors are not completely closed enough and so lot of mosquitoes coming in and biting even at day time. Staffs are good. Driniking Water kept there was RO processed of local salt water and taste is not upto the level. Better to buy water outside.

Very worst stay. |Easy to find.|Not value for money. 10 o'clock check out time . Water not coming in bathroom, no windows, AC making noise, instead of chillness. Very small room but they charge 1500 rs for it. Not provide water also. And you can learn small dance movements while sitting on WC.

Rooms r good. Entry is not good. No parkiing space. Frequent cleaning of beds is not there.
