OYO Flagship Queens Palace

We booked through a trusted site. When we reached, they demanded extra 1.3k and wouldn't let us stay without paying. We had to hunt for another room late night. Attending staff is only interested in playing video games. Terrible location and place with owner asking for bribes. Rotten place.

The worst place I have ever been to. Room charges were double than what was written on site. Rooms were dirty, bathroom had leakages, no wifi, no room service, rude manager. Total facade with unreasonable prices. Location is also very far from main city and no services nearby

We book in Oyo once we reach this place asking extra 400 but Oyo help line people r sed don't pay additional money in this booking finaly we change rooms Fainaly i loss money and time all

Beware this is scam hotel,even if you do booking oyo and have confirmed booking they will say they have not received money from oyo and will take double the fare.

Totally disapointed, very rude staff and bathroom condition s blaah
