Never opt for this hotel the old man in the reception will initially tell that there is no non-Ac rooms available so that you will end up selecting Ac rooms where he will charge higher which is absolutely not worth paying however after stepping in I noticed there were lot of non - Ac rooms available. The bathroom had lot of dirty stains and looked very untidy. Lot of Mosquito and vehicle passing sound thorough out the night.

Worst service. Rs 1800/- rooms are unacceptable. I was in the group. One of my friends wanted to change the room. Room boy asked me Rs.500/- to clean the room. Night horrible no a.c. is being serviced. Mosquitoes problems. Useless hotel. The proprietor must take care of the rooms and bathrooms also must be cleaned. Nul!

Please avoid it at any cost . unless you want to fall sick after using their dirtiest wash rooms & spider & stained beds . Broken washroom , dirty floors , non working shower / flush jet .

Had to attend and exam in Dhanalakshmi college of engineering. This is the only option to stay for a night in that area. Staff behaviour was extra decent. Rooms were good. Bed was very comfortable. Had good clean furniture but i think they need some new blankets/duvets. Since its on the highway, sound of vehicles passing were always a problem. There were so many mosquitos also. Bathroom was not so good. Doors werent locking properly so had to keep them bolted. no wheelchair access parking available drinking water provided washrooms available no upi options lifts available

Location is good but No Room Service, No Restaurant, No Digital Payment and when you ask Bill then They start asking for GST but before that No discussion of GST.

Had a very good stay with my cousin. The basic room is bit compact but still it is worthy enough. The manager was so polite and humble. Hotel balaji bavan located in the same premises was also good.

Toilets are very dirty. Must be clean

One of the worst hotel for this price heater available in room but not working if we ask to reseption person that old man say heater only work on AC room not for non AC room not worth for money I don't recommend this hotel for no one bathroom are so dirty cleaning also not good receptionist not replying in good manner
