Hotel Sera Grand by Verbatim Hospitality

THIS IS A LODGE. With better building materials of course, like floor tiles and an A/C. But the maintenance staff ensure they'll look like mortar in a year's time. The bedding and towels which we got on request looked used and anyway too worn out to be still in use. The toilet equipment and its cleaning are very much lodge level except for the free soap. It's a bar hotel so no surprises there, but the rooms smell like cigeratte smoke half the time.

Hotel amenities were fine. But try to do negotiations on the prices . It is infront kattankalanthur railway station and around 3 km from SRM. They have parking space, restaurants etc.

A decent hotel nearby SRM University and SRM Global hospital. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant is good. Hotel Incharge/owners are very helpful. Room service available. Lift available. Recommended

Its located on main high way.The rooms cleanliness is good but can be improved a lot .Food options are available but limited .Service is good and located to near highway and local train station

This is wrong place to choose and stay, misguided by asking me to come directly and avoid online booking..when called up this morning also they said to come directly...and last minute they cancelled the room without even informing about the advance payment saying I have not paid advance..they could have called me and asked to remit ...but instead they called and said ur booking is cancelled after boarding the flight

Room facilities, services provided were great. Employees behaviour is good

Very bad service, receptionist is okay but the workers have terrible attitude, very bad service, AC doesn't work, workers don't work, we just have to run around for basic requirements

If you are planning to stay here please don't stay. Ac will never work Rooms are not at all clean Staff has very bad attitude
