Flagship Elite Residency

Super fraud reached the location after booking in agoda the price was cheaper and photo of the room was good, when reach flagship elite residency reception told that it was not any flagship elite residency if you want room pay higher price low quality, and the location is pretty interior 2 km walk from station. after reaching there you will come to know that booked hotel is not there anymore in the location and the new hotel is charging exhorting price. absolute fraud and came back

Very worst management first they said oyo amount only then the manager asking extra 700 if we didn't pay he said go outside we not provide rooms . The rooms also very dirty no proper maintenance. Very very very poor and fraud. Be aware before check in .

Horrible experience. Owner did not let us enter despite our money being paid,disrespected elderly adults. Absolute ridiculous behavior

Fraud people ... oyo rooms no proper response .. I booked one room but manager asking extra money if denying telling no room available .. very very bad .. please don't book .. if v argue they are giving us basic room without ac but I booked classic room in make my trip app.. please don't book this property ... worst management

It's in the village and you can't find a route and the most dirtiest place we can stay . May be sleeping on road is better than paying for this rooms .

MY BOOKING ID. . stay, 10 to 13 mar23 .VERY POOR STANDARD OF ABV OYO ROOMS .NO WATER IN TOILETS IN MAX ROOMS, EXCEPT ONE OR TWO .WATER MOTOR WAS STARTED EVERY MORNING FOR ONE HOUR N SHUT .IN ROOM 104, N OTHER ROOMS AS WELL, ALL TAP FILTERS ARE JAMMED N NOT CLEANED ,SINCE AGES, HENCE, NO OR NEGLIGIBLE WATER FLOW .HOT WATER GEYSER DIDN'T WORK .AC AND TV REMOTES NOT PROVIDED FOR MAX ROOMS. .FREEZING AC TEMP SET, N NO PROPER SLEEP AT NIGHT .NO CLEANING OF ROOMS .NO CLEARING OF DUSTBINS IN ROOMS .WAS TOLD THAT, HELPING STAFF OF THIS OYO ROOMS, WERE ON STRIKE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF SALARIES . BLANKET PROVIDED, WAS STINKING .BEDSHEETS N PILLOW COVERS, WERE NOT WASHED SINCE AGES, AS CLEARLY MANY STAINS N MOSQUITO BLOOD MARKS VISIBLE .MANY MOSQUITOES .NO MOSQUITO REPELLENT PROVIDED .CHAIRS AT RECEPTION BROKEN .DRINKING WATER FILLING POINT, DOESN'T HV PROPER DRAINOUT, DUE WATER LOGGING N MOSQUITOES, N COULD RESULT IN DISEASES. .I COULD CHECK WATER, ETC, IN OTHER ROOMS ALSO, AS I WANTED TO SHIFT TO ANOTHER ROOM, BUT MAX, WERE HAVING SAME WATER PROBLEM, CLOGGED FILTER IN TAPS, NO WATER ETC .ABOVE WAS ALSO INTIMATED BY EMAIL TO OYO HELP ON 11 MAR 23. .EVEN FINDING LOCATION ON GOOGLE IS DIFFICULT, TO REACH THIS OYO ROOMS. .ON OYO, IT IS LISTED AS ELITE RESIDENCY, BUT PHYSICALLY AT THE OYO ROOMS, THE DISPLAY BOARDS INDICATE WITH TWO DIFFERENT NAMES, AS "JE" AND "GRAND RESIDENCY". ALL 3 ARE SAME. ONLY THEY CONFUSE, ARRIVING GUESTS AND TAXI DRIVERS. BETTER TO FINALISE SINGLE NAME .IT IS VERY CLOSE TO SRM UNIVERSITY,(1KM) PARENTS LIKE ME, WILL PREFER, IN FUTURE, ONLY IF FACILITIES IMPROVE. IT HAS POTENTIAL OF GOOD BUSINESS, IF FACILITIES IMPROVE. .PLS FWD ABV, TO TOP OYO MANAGEMENT, N PLS IMPROVE THIS OYO ROOMS.ELSE GUESTS WONT STAY IN FUTURE, N NO BUSINESS .PLS HELP ASSISTANT INSPECTOR GENERAL POLICE PROTOCOL

Completely fraud.. it is inside the village... No food will be provided.. no current... No ac... No services are connected.. completed unclean... No proper manners

Beware of fraud. Dirty rooms unclean linen. They keep changing online names and do not follow the rules.
