Samarah Villa Beach House

Nice beach house to spend for a night. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Easy access beach just behind the house. Beach is neat and clean but not accessible at night. Garden space available for playing cricket, badminton. 4 bedrooms available. Can accomodate 10 to 15 persons comfortably. Car parking available for 3 cars. Kitchen available with oven and induction stove and a few utensils. Value for money

Very old building and badly maintained. No proper response from the care taker. He shows the face when we ask to clean somethng. Worst place to stay. Very dusty and not properly maintained. We paid almost 25k for a day but it does not even worth for 10k. I'm not sure why the owner is not asking anythng to the caretaker. I would like to give zero for the service and rooms. Oldest building with full of dust. And bed sheets and bedspreads are like puking on it. Even they don't have clean door mats. Can't even stay a day.oly the location was main and easy access to pool and beach. Nothing gud abt this. Worth 10k

We boys are was spent weekend at this samarah villa beach house. We are expecting more, but care taker is disappointed us. Eventhough Villa is nice near beach view but, it has don't have maintenance. even swimming pool is so much of chlorine and bleaching powder. Even everyone dresses are spoiled. We request villa owner, take a service neat and clean. And change a care taker as well.

Located in a calm place. 3 comfortable Bed Rooms with an additional Balcony converted Bed Room. Big swimming pool and trees here and there... Can access beach from the back entrance. We had a very good time... Good for four to five families. Can park 3 to 4 cars comfortably... Door mats were not there... So, it was little messy after the pool... Carry them if you are planning to go there...

Not worth for the cost they charge. Very dirty and old house. Not properly maintained. Floor mats I can't even stamp it. Very bad. Actual stay hour is 2p.m to 12 pm. But they were cleaning only after we reached and handed over only by 3.30 and next day mrng they asking us to move all things to ground floor by 11 itself because they wants to clean and leave the villas for next booking. Very poor hospitality

The house is old and falling apart. The housekeeper is nice but is lazy and is hanging around you all the time. There is no hot water and the ACs barely work. You have a nice view from the balconies and the house is well located but is not loved at all. You can see the apathy across the house in the lack of cleanliness, the puddles on the driveway, the creaky splintered gates and in general the upkeep of the house. I celebrated a birthday here and the dog took down my cake from the table. There was just a stray dog inside the house, not even owned by the housekeeper. The fridge was not working properly either and no hot water. The only plus is the beach access.

Nice place for a wild party with friends. Place has pool but not that clean and it's really too cold after 8pm and early hours. Noone complains about loud music and the beach is a walk away -a gate in the lawn leads you right to it - and can be accessed anytime. The Villa is not well maintained inside so really wouldn't recommend for families and a full day stay. Just nights is good. Rooms are air-conditioned and all basic amenities such as a fridge and furniture is available for use.

Location of Beach house is perfect, swimming pool is good design... But house in very bad maintenance, does not seem to be occupied much, had a stinking smell when we entered as if house closed for long time. Mattress is very bad couldn't sleep due to moths.. No towels & bedsheet had to bring your own. AC Remote do not work as battery where old and rusted... If maintained well could have been a good location for family get together. Too expensive for the value we got
