I have booked for two days through cleartrip and made payment too but when we reached hotel staff claimed that they don't have any connection with cleartrip and the staff was very rude. They wanted us to pay double of what we have already paid i.e we have paid 3x of what we have seen in cleartrip. We reached there around 11 Pm so didn't had anyother option other than paying. It's not about just money even after paying extra the guy who is providing service is really rude and we were not getting treated as customers. They we treating us like they are doing all this for free. Worst experience ever. Expecting some immediate response. Update: We were forced to checkout on second day. We even reached out to cleartrip they connected with hotel management and asked us to checkin again but as we are not comfortable going there again we asked for refund for which they just closed the case by telling we didn't show up.

The rooms are quite good and also cleanly maintained. The Management services are very bad. They behaved us very rudely. The price of the rooms showing on the website is absolutely wrong.When reached there they charged exactly double price for more than 2 Adults. For this price of the rooms we can stay in a 3star luxury hotel. First of all they have to update their room price properly on the website. When we book this room from online that show only less amount after reached there they charge extra money for per head and says the hotel policy is this. Be careful while booking room from this hotel.

Rooms are ok but there are more than 20 stray dogs near this hotel, we cannot walk on to the beach due to the dogs.

The hotel's location is truly amazing I loved how conveniently it was located , making it easy to explore the city .the checkin experience was smooth and hassle -free making me feel welcome. However I was disappointed with the food quality, as it did not meet my expectations.

Very poor approach.. Gunda/rowdy like behaviour. Cheating price. Location itlself is like in maze. If murder happen no one will come to know. Such hidden place. Never book this hotel even in dream.

Worth for stay, Staffs are friendly, they are collecting extra charges for using additional amenities like swimming pool/food /terrace access etc, We booked 2BHK flat and enjoyed the stay with beautiful terrace.

Pls don't book here,they are charging extra 2500 eventhough u already paid online Both manager and owner was rude Search any other hotels Eventhough the ambiance was nice,the behavior of manager and owner was intolerable

Price -- the hotel management guy do not allow me to check in, after successful booking through oyo app. Very much disappointed. Hotel guy ask more money than the oyo price. It's annoying. Finally oyo refund my amount.
