A nice property for a day outing either with your office mates or family. I felt it was pricey for an overnight stay. But the rooms are clean, and the pool is well maintained. Bring your own booze and food and have fun

Good good... only if they had a functional kitchen and a neat bathroom. I guess it's just the hard water making the bathrooms look bad. Also bathrooms need hangers. Rest it was good, spacious and they have beautiful garden and the pool..

Nice Resort super experience Rooms All Are very clean And neet Bathroom also. Care taker Rathish Brother Is Nice person.

Location is good right behind PVR u get foods delivered from many hotels around. Place lacks cleanliness esp. swimming pool they are not cleaning properly before handing over. All dusts r moved under bed and sofa. Property is good but poor maintenance makes us to think whether to visit again. There are many villas nearby decide well before booking

Very calm place where we can enjoy with family or friends or office get-together. Swimming pool is very nice and play area is there around the villa, in which kids can play and get it entertained. Extreme spaces in front and backyard where we can enjoy. 5 Big Bed Rooms with attached bathrooms, Hall, Dining Hall, Kitchen, Fridge, Washing Machine, TV Available. Parking area also good to accomodate our vehicles. The construction of the building with all facilities are awesome. Rooms, Curtains, Bed Spreads and Pillow are neat and clean. Bathroom faucet is not working and heater is not available in few bathroom, which was one of the negative point.

Service and maintenance are below average. Especially the toilets. Swimming pool water is not clean. Rooms are big and spacious.

Resort wise its too beautiful but please check before going AC'S WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN FEW ROOMS AND HALL AC TOTALLY NOT WORKING ITS MY SECOND TIME STILL THEY DINT REPAIR THEY NEED TO DO THERE MAINTAINANCE PROPERLY. AND SWIMMING POOL THEY NEED TO CLEAN. OTHER WISE EVERYTHING IS FINE BUT PLEASE CHECK ABOUT AC'S BEFORE GOING

The rooms were big in space. However the maintenance of the place was very poor. There were housefly everywhere. The person for the maintenance Suresh did not do a good job. Cleaning of utensils and the washrooms were bad. The ground floor room bathrooms had frogs running around. It was quite scary. Not a clean place to stay with kids.
