It's a new property and the rooms are good but the service is not up to the mark. In their description they show a mini fridge in every room but it was not there, Lift was not working, Food ordered and they took around more than 2 hours to deliver it. Yes, the food was yummy. Morning breakfast was also good. Overall they should improve their service..

One of the premium Brand from Oyo Hotels and Homes. This is specifically created for corporate guests serviced apartments feel stays. Services by the hotel's was extremely to the core. Great Ambiance. Restaurant here also provided great taste with less price.

All good any one should go for it as every thing was good.interior was spacious & clean.my voucher did'nt included complementory breakfast but they provided good amount of breakfast unlike others.also staff were polite & humble. Also i left my phone in the room & checked out but they checked it for me & i got my phone back

Room is neat and clean .. but WiFi is not working hot water is not coming .. mostly outskirts of city ..but very difficult to go outside and eat .. nice place to.stay without food (it's good for who can eat any kind of food some local restaurants are available nearby)and hot water (it's okay they can manage with cold water and without WiFi).

Fully fraud. There are nothing available. Location also wrong . Totally fraud. I stay since 2 years but nothing is there . Don't book this. And don't believe the website. You will face only harrasment.

SUBJECT : UNEXPECTED EXPERIENCE AT HOTEL ACCOMODATION AT KANATHUR OYO HOTEL . Received at Chennai Central Railway station by members very well and transported to Kanathur Oyo Hotels very well too . But the experience at Hotel was very unexpected . The date and timings of Arrival of delegates from our Delhi Region were informed 3 months back , received by organizing Members and hotel staff are demanding payment for a day . Thats a point but not whole point . They are charging an amount of Rs.1750.00 for one room and an amount of Rs.2124.00 for other room .Both the rooms booked at the same time . Online booking for the same hotel is available @ Rs.794.00 . The booking made at months advance will sure at more lower rates but the things are different here . Dinner facility is not available in room charges . Paying 3 times compared to normal charges to already booked rooms are not seems usual . While making payment they denied to provide bill/reciept of the paid amount . Delegates treated very badly .

Be aware from thier kitchen team!! They can be added extra charges even more than mentioned in menu.. totally excution by north Indian!!! Apart from that good one + safety..

Not a very pleasant check-in experience, hotel staff was altogether non-cooperative. Rooms were very small with limited services. Also had to unnecessarily shell out toll tax just to reach hotel.
