We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The numerous issues we encountered made for an unacceptable experience. *Major Issues:* - *No Water Supply in Toilet*: Unbelievably, there was no water supply in the toilet. This is a basic necessity that any hotel should provide. - *No Floor Mat*: The bathroom floor was hazardous due to the lack of a floor mat, making it slippery and treacherous. - *No Phone to Reach Reception*: The phone in our room was dead, forcing us to physically go downstairs to contact reception. - *Dirty and Smelly Bedsheets*: The bedsheets were stained, dirty, and emitted a strong odor, indicating they hadn't been washed in a long time. - *Rude Reception Staff*: To make matters worse, the receptionist on duty this morning was extremely rude and unhelpful, displaying a completely unacceptable attitude.

Cigarette smell all around, cockroach menace, no tv in some room, no set top box in some room, uncleaned toilets, on top of all that arrogant and rude behaviour, shouting at the customers indirectly. Indha rosatha room oda quality la katunga da

I'm a regular customer of this hotel. Really good service, clean, comfortable & safe.

I have booked through online but they denied during check-in. Receptionist charging extra money in case to check -in. Don't prefer this hotel silver key , worst experience. Wast of time

Best place for accomodation, but they should add some privilege's like room service 24/7

Please avoid this place if you booking through online....Very worst place, don't book this on place on online. Booked a room through online two days prior when went on the booked date front office staff said the booking was cancelled, but it was not cancelled and I never got the cancellation information by online platform (goibibo) or from the hotel side. Since I booked through online and the price is less they don't want to take my chick in. Same time few customers came and they asked to see the rooms for future booking and they taken to see the rooms and it was informed infront of me checked out room. So they got the room but they don't want give online booking less price. Very big cheaters and they never care the customer and the staff in front office got very worst behaviour.

The rooms were good, although don't order food here it will be ridiculously expensive and they will buy it for you from a nearby small dhaba. Otherwise it's a good place to stay even for more days it will be cheap.
